Location and the clean flat

Great location and good size. Washing machine was very efficient.

Open food in the fridge and on the shelves. Spare pillow from the wardrobe had a manky pair of leggings wrapped around it. Seemed as though someone lives there but had moved out for a few days to accommodate us. Mattress in second bedroom was terrible.

Good welcome from host, central location. Spacious flat and clean on arrival.

The flat is not luxury as described. The entrance way is needing to be cleaned and tidied. The decor is very tired and the fittings feel old. The bathroom was particularly in need of renovation. The shelf was held up with empty toilet rolls. No service during 6 night stay so bin not emptied or towels changed. Having to remember to turn the hot water on before a shower was inconvenient and at times I had cold showers as I had forgotten. Instructions for using the oven would be helpful. This flat has the potential to be great with some investment and workmanship.

Location is ideal. Very spacious apartment.

Perhaps a little more attention to detail. Remove items (obviously left by previous guests) I.e out of date cereals,sauces,spices,pasta also toiletries. Replace the TV to a more modern version it took us a little while to work it out. Remove the one in bedroom it didn’t work at all. Plus it will give more space on the lovely cabinet in that room.

Very clean apartment, bed linen spotless, comfortable towels, easy to access, very central. Got everything needed.

Beds and mattresses need to be improved. It would be nice to have a better blackout curtains it's to bright in the bedroom.

Great location all that we needed

Lovely big open plan kitchen and living area, great location in the middle of the town. Nice powerful shower.

Only small gripe was that you need to remember to turn the hot water on at least half an hour before you need a shower. We forgot this and ended up really rushed getting ready for the wedding we were attending.

Nice, roomy apartment with everything you need. Comfy beds and very cosy and warm.

Entrance area could do with a clean up as does not reflect the interior of the property. Needs a bit of emulsion on the interior to smarten it up!

Excellent location, quiet even though it’s in the high street, residents have permission to park in the street which was handy. The flat was very spacious, warm and cozy. The host responded quickly and was very helpful replacing light bulbs in the bedrooms’ side tables.

The living room could have been more thoroughly cleaned. I think probably someone with a dog stayed before us as there were hairs in the corners of the room. The rest of the house was ok. It would have been handy to have washing up liquid and a scourer.

Furnished & equipped to a very high standard. Central location with lots of lovely eating places a short walk away.

Unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues as access to the flat is up a steep stone staircase with no handrail.

Location was on a high street parking the car wasn’t good at all.

Entrance was at end of steep concrete steps with no hand rails in place. It became an issue as my wife fell backwards down the stairs I just managed to get hold of her before head hit the bottom step.

Great property nicely laid out with all the facilities you could ask for. Access was easy through a shared covered staircase and key collection and drop off was simple. If there’s more than 2 of you staying you might need to use the boost on the hot water heater if you’re all having showers in the morning.

The beds did not feel very safe poor fitting mattresses and broken ends

Great location and quiet

Lovely and spacious, had everything we needed. Kitchen was great and everything was easy to use. Nice living room and bedrooms were a good size, loads of storage too for all your clothes if you happen to be staying longer!

Bear in mind it's town centre so there might be a little more noise than your used to BUT the fact it's town centre is great because everything is on your doorstep. Few snagging issues in the flat but nothing that affected our stay!
