No air-conditioning

it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach

the apartment doesn’t have aircon and the fan aren’t good. the dishes were dirty, trying to find this apartment was hectic! and you have to put out your own bins.

Noisy building site opposite which we were not advised about. The flat was also not very clean…we found this out mainly when we wiped surfaces and the dirt on our feet!

Comfy beds, good location. Adequate for our need s for a very quick 2 day stay, but would not book for a longer stay.

No allotted parking space 😢. Had to find space on nearby laneway after another unit resident complained about us parking on common grassy area. 3 flights of stairs, no lift; renos look to be rushed, un-finished; no full length mirror, no basic complementaries supplied... eg tea/coffee, soap/shampoo etc.

Beautiful home, 1 street away from the beach, in lovely Kingscliff, walking distance to the local cafes and bowls club and pub and Woolworth's shops on the public transport routes weather was lovely so was the 2 bedroom unit was beautiful. Had a nice 13 nights 🌃 Thank you

The unit was cold and the heater provided was not strong enough to heat the living area. No fan in bathroom or toilet. Limited hanging space in master bedroom wardrobe. sliding door to master bedroom could do with some lubrication.

Good amount of room.

Beds weren't made. Had to wait for linen. Payed extra for it. Also very cold.

Love the location, so close to the beach. Good size apartment.

I understand that the fine print states to bring your own linens (towels etc) however the accomodation could have provided bed sheets. Didn't realise we would have to bring and make our own beds. The main bedroom door handle was also very loose, that if we closed the door it took alot of jiggling to unlock it.
