the staff was very friendly

the tv didn’t work and I went to the front desk three different times for help. You could see into the next room through the bathroom. The door did not have a safety latch on it and the privacy curtain did not cover the whole window.

This is a delapidated bombed-out building in a horrible location. Absolutely unbelievable that it’s called a hotel. This building needs to be condemned .

Bed was decent.

Floor was filthy. Had not been vacuumed for a long time. Pulled a bed back to access an electrical outlet and there was trash. Not small pieces of paper. Someone had clipped their toe nails, evidence next to a bed.

Staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was super easy and convenient.

The pillows were not the most comfy. We also didn't have a trash can anywhere in the room/bathroom. So I had to use just a sack to put any trash in.

nothing……. but the staff tried to assist me and the room was pretty clean but very outdated and old.

they put me in room 147 and as I found my way in the walls were all broken apart, dirty/grimy doors, weeds everywhere, stained closed curtains from outside windows that were grimy…. it was bad. It actually scared me. I carefully opened the door and the room was used and the beds had been slept in. The nice ladies at front put me in another room but the door handle was broken and I was being watched a couple of times and felt very unsafe. I left and took the loss and drove 3 hrs home because I felt so unsafe and I knew I wouldn’t be able to rest.

The television didn't work and the light bulb on the lamp was burned out or at least didn't work but it was clean.

Very close to train track so quite noisy . No television and poor lighting.

Leaving this hotel was the best part of my stay

A guest left dogs in their room unattended for several hours and the dogs barked constantly. The room was not very clean, the safety lock on the door was broken, and the toilet paper holder was broken. Everything else in the room was old and worn out.

filthy and I was not feeling safe. toilet was rocking/loose no trash can anywhere to be found tv cable was not working at all so no tv to watch humidity in the air air conditioner was so so measuring tape was found in closet curtains were not fully cover the whole windows

CleanRoom wasn't Trash 🗑 and on floors Tub wasn't clean, refrigerator still had food in it

Just about everything. There wasn’t anything I really liked. If I was the owner, I would be very ashamed to have somebody stay in my business and have such a poor experience. When we got into the room the AC unit was frozen up. My bed was completely worn out. It was sagging badly in the middle. There was no phone to call the front desk. No coffee in the room like we were told. When I went to take a shower the next morning I waited for five minutes for hot water to get to the showerhead. I verified that I had the control turned to hot but when I turned it back a little bit towards the cold, I suddenly got hot water. That tells me whoever hooked up the water faucet didn’t know how to do it. They’re cigarette burns on the bathtub. The bathroom light fixture needs to be replaced as it is full of mold or some type of growth. The bathroom door needs to be replaced because it doesn’t shut and is bowed up at the top.
