Glad you had a coffee maker, tv with lots of choices. We liked the room

Staff was fairly friendly and our beds were comfortable enough, but…

The bedding wasn’t very clean. The comforters had stains and cigarette burns making some big holes. If we weren’t so exhausted I doubt we would have slept very well. We checked in late so the office was closed by the time we discovered the majority of the issues. The coffee pot had a green moldy coffee filter in it. There was a mess on the carpet not cleaned that looked like vomit. The bathroom was moldy and the toilet barely flushed. The TV only had 2 channels and the WiFi didn’t work. The products left were obviously used and opened. The shower had okay pressure but moldy around the edges. If we weren’t so dirty, wouldn’t have taken a shower.

The pictures on Booking are definitely from a long time ago. The floor in the Room was dirty, no breakfast was available like the listing said.. It was very run down and not taken care of. Definitely not worth the money they charge for a room

I appreciated that I had a room on the first floor. The parking was very close and easy to access. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. I was glad that access to the ice machine was convenient.

Everything seemed a little warn and the room, especially the floor didn't seem very clean. The window curtains didn't close all the way.

The staff was very nice and friendly.. The room was clean but older than it looks in the picture.

The location was in a sketchy Part of town and I think there were actually some people living out of some of the rooms. L

The 2nd room we got was great, slept well, and everything was good.

Our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator, it was not easy to drag a heavy suitcase up. The original room we got didn't have 2 queen beds, one was smaller so I requested an exchange which was promptly done and the staff was friendly. The replacement room we got was great and it was next door so moving was quick and we enjoyed the night, I got a good night's sleep.

Room was not cleaned. Clean sheets, but the blankets are not that clean. Womans hear in the badroom Dirty floor. They need some restyle.

We must have had one of the 'upgraded' rooms - the bathroom was lovely. The bedclothes were especially nice - comfortable and the right weight for the season. Front desk staff were very helpful.

The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Room was furnished with microwave and fridge.

For the price I expected a more updated room. Carpet needed cleaning and room needed to be painted.

The staff is exceptional, I am very comfortable with my service dog.

The bacon was greasy !! Lay the bacon out on a huge tray and bake it at 400*+ for 20 mins. It will cook through my, you can do a large batch at one time. Let it dry on paper towels. So much better !! Just a suggestion, other than that breakfast and Coffee was great and appreciated !

The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water.

The plumbing is dated.
