if you are planning a vacation with your family or in search of a decent resting place for reasonable number of marriage or function guests in Secunderabad/Hyderabad - you can blindly go with this apartment. We booked 2BHK for our stay (comfortable for 5 members) but I guess you can book entire apartment if you are planning a big occasion. Apartment owner Tanveer is very friendly, prompt, reasonable (price) and makes it work for you. It’s fully furnished. We hosted two of our family friends (+their families) during our stay and my mother prepared everything for them with the utensils available. We are happy that we have not ordered anything from outside. Rooms are large and decent with airconditioning. We stayed for 8 days - bed sheets were changed for every 3 days and Cleaning was done everyday. Heartfully we enjoyed our stay. It was budget friendly aswell. It would have costed us double if we have stayed in any hotel/lodge (+ they don’t allow any guests and self cooking).

They should have got some cellar space for car driver. We ended up taking one single room for our driver in the same apartment. Didn't cost much though.

The property is conveniently located and the area is very peaceful. The rooms are large and very clean. It is definitely a value for money property and I definitely recomend it to anyone interested in a good locality with a good property. Thanks

flat was awesome. fresh ness was there.. cleanliness maintained well. staff was good too.. and the owner too was very polite. great place to stay for the tourist.

Location was well connected with different modes of transport. Care and hospitality extended by the property owner were exceptionally good.

Location address could be mentioned as 'Picket,Laxmi Nagar,Marredpalli'which is more familiar to auto drivers.
