There was nothing at all that we liked.

First of all after booking they called us and confirmed the booking however after reaching the hotel were were told all the rooms are full and we cannot check in. After literally shouting at them for half an hour or so and after calling the customer care they finally gave us a room. After checking in, we were told that the key for that room is not available and on top of that the pillow covers, bed sheet were so dirty that we had to put our clothes on top of them to sleep. No towels and soaps were provided. The WC was so dirty that we had to clean them a bit before using. So yeah all and all, it was a horrible experience.
