Apartment was lovely everything you need there pots pans cutlery great bed apartment was extremely clean definitely worth the money! Location is a bit on the noisey side but that's because it was the weekend very central to everything.

Spartan, noisy (poor double glazing fails to keep out city centre noise), questionable security (outside door would not lock)

Holes in the pillow cases, thick dust across the entire headboard. My towel looked like it had been chewed by a dog and walls are extremely thin so were woken up constantly by drunk people coming in and out of the building. Every time we flushed the toilet, water would rise in the sink. Ended up paying to stay elsewhere after the first night.

Collected the key from The Waverley Guest House (which I have booked to stay in in March)..... 2 mins walk from apartments. Reception staff where extremely friendly and helpful, especially Daniel. Highly recommend this accomodation, ideal location in the centre of Inverness, short walking distance from bus & train stations.

Tha Apartment was clean, modern, comfortable and central.

Location was poor if you want an early night, due to noise until 2am from pubs all around and people drunk in street. I had early start at an event in Inverness (4.45 am) Could not sleep due to noise of Sat night city centre chaos, cars people shouting outside pups, DJ's inside pubs etc... If you want to party Location is brilliant.

Very well located, a close walk from the station and in amongst a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and attractions.

The mattress was quite shallow and so not the comfiest, but for the price there are really no complaints.

3 nights on a cheap mattress has made our start into 2024 a tired one. Beds too small for couples. Better a king size. I asked the receptionist twice after the first night if they could provide some sort of mattress topper or a second duvet so we can lye a bit more comfortably on the bed. Despite saying he will help we never received anything to ease the pain of the springs. Each time you turn one can hear the springs squeak. I am soooo tired.😭. Didn’t have enough towels either. Luckily I had a spare one on me. Room 4 is a bit like a prison cell as it does not have a window with any daylight! 😳It’s opposite a wall of the adjacent building maybe a foot away.

Apartment wasn’t cleaned properly… opened the oven to dirty trays covered in fat from food… forks and knifes were just thrown loose in a cupboard. Dish cloth was covered in stains and cleaning sponge was really old (im glad we took our own). There was no chopping board… There were chocolate wrappers under the table in the living room, with old chocolate still in it. Bathroom smelt like sewage. Bed sheet was torn. WiFi on the tv didn’t work.

The windows in the apartment are filthy, the internet is rubbish, keeps cutting off there is No signal in the Apartment, can't even use your 4g/5g it is so annoying, you get a better service outside Apartment.

la habitación es tal como se muestra en la foto, todo muy limpio, baño completo, cama muy cómoda, había una tetera, te, café y leche, lo cual se agradece. Muy céntrico. Si volviésemos a ir, repetiríamos. Además encontramos el restaurante numero 27 que estaba cerca para cenar y la experiencia fue estupenda. Muy recomendable.

The Host was super helpful and the location was brilliant

Sadly the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything from the person next door which sadly kept me awake most of the night.

Sehr unsauber und sehr sehr hellhörig. Licht im Bad lässt sich nicht manuell ausschalten. Es gibt einen ewig langen automatischen Timer. Betten sind der Horror. Mega unbequem. So durchgelegen, das man nach beiden Seiten heraus fällt und mit höllischen Rückenschmerzen aufwacht. Alles dreckig. Bett / Bad / Küchenausstattung. Man hört alles was im Flur / bei den Nachbarn gesprochen wird. Wenn irgendwo im Haus geduscht wird hört man das auch sehr laut in der Wohnung. WLAN Empfang sehr schlecht. Wenig Fernsehenprogramme.

This should not be advertised as “Deluxe” this room was very small no room for suitcases and to move around. It was nothing more than an ensuite bedroom with too much furniture. No where to store toiletries in bathroom had to use floor! Bed creaked all night husband had to place pillow down side to prevent falling off! Needs replacing! Smell from drain in ensuite

Shower base grubby and black no toilet brush or shampoo. Although stairs are declared they don’t tell you that there are 20 steps to first floor and 19 to second floor. Also not informed until day before that check in at separate location .Bed very hard.

Great spot! Seemed like newly renovated. Had all we needed and more. Sadly we we only in for 1 night, wish could have stayed longer.

Shockingly bad at communicating firstly it says you must pick up the keys at the Waverley guest house but on arriving there got told the keys were at the apartments then asked about parking been recommended to park in a loading bay which I could be fined in. By the time we got the keys parked the car got back to apartment was an hour. Just to get keys and settled shocking absolute shocking. Then on inspection on the room it was dirty, pulled back the sheet on the bed and it was dirty had black marks all over it like someone had stood on it. Also requested a quiet room which clearly there isn’t any in this location at all yet advertised as possible. Also saw some other guests and both looked spaced out and to be honest not someone you would want to sleep anywhere close to. We have travelled all over Scotland and stayed in 10 different locations ranging from appartments and hotels and by far this place is the worst. We didn’t stay after seeing the room and asked for a refund sent two messages and no reply. Under any circumstances I would recommend you stay anywhere else but here. Also on taking the keys back the manager was on the street talking to the police about something that had happened at this accommodation stay away at all costs

Clearly, the owner does not care about reviews. Numerous people have complained about WiFi not functioning and mattresses being broken - fundamentals! Might as well just remove wifi as a facility and let it be a place for people who dont want connectivity during their holiday.It amazes how Booking.com still lists a property. Too expensive for what one gets.

Brand new wonderful place. Good view and bathrooms were classy and looked like the ones in 5 star hotels. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedding and linens were clean and wonderful. The owner of the apartment so courteous and went out of the way to make us happy by coming back all the way to provide extra comforter and pillows. Would love to stay here again.

Climb 2 floors with our heavy luggage as no elevator but that is fine given all the other comforts we enjoyed

It was dirty. The staff was not responsive (the door didn’t lock and they never replied to our email asking for fixing it, not even with a “sorry” after our 2-day staying). Price was ridiculously high, not worthy the staying
