We stayed at this property in late September and it was perfect for this time of year! We stayed in the hotub for no less than 2 hours. Then we got out and used the fire pit which was perfect for a fall night! We were initially a little worried d/t the number of rules to follow at the property but the neighbors sit in front of this property so you’d have to be extremely loud to disrupt them. Everything was very clean. This little cottage was perfect for our group of 4 friend group! We would love to book again!

My friend and I stayed here with our combined three small children as we journeyed from WI to FL. It was exactly the space we needed to break up the monotony of the car and spend a day exploring Chattanooga. Just don’t forget to bring bug spray. :)

Close to Lookout Mountain and all the attractions. We spent the week visiting the sites, hiking trails, whitewater rafting. The rafting was the farthest away (about 45 minutes), but everything was great. Very nice little house, clean, well-kept. The kids were a little confused about how to turn on the shower, as they had never seen the tub faucet "pull-down" thing before, so that was kind of humorous, but a great stay. Highly recommend.

The property was a little private and close to all attractions. I really enjoyed the small stream next to the property! Very tranquil. Everything in one spot! Just what our family needed! ❤️

It was a short trip and we were barely at the property other than to sleep but overall, it was a cute and cozy place in TN. My only advice would be to note that if arriving after dark, the house is set behind the houses on the main road. The porch lights being on were key to us finding it and the railing in the photos is why we recognized the house. Potentially the details already mentioned and I missed it but we did circle around the neighborhood a bit before we looked back behind and saw our rental. Again, cute place!

3 years in a row for us. Did not use the hot tub, so this should be an option on the offering considering the additional costs. Will stay again.

This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is quaint, charming, and comfortable. There is a lot of ants though, especially in the bathroom. Traps are set, but not sure if they are working. The hot tub pictured looks welcoming, but the one that you will see face to face is weathered, and doesn't look as inviting. The mini blinds should be replaced. A lot of the blinds are broken. But, all in all, the location is private, but also very close to downtown and most tourist attractions in the Chattanooga area. I would highly recommend adults or older children only because of the one bathroom. Too many little ones learning to potty may become overwhelming, but to each their own. I did sleep very well in the 2 queen beds offered. They were firm mattresses which I appreciated. The kitchen offered everything you needed to create meals, and having a full size washer and dryer was perfect. Who wants to travel with a bunch of dirty clothes? If ever in the area again, I would stay here because the pros definitely outshine the minute cons, ants and broken blinds.

The area and home were nice. It was great that they supplied laundry detergent and dryer sheets, they had shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower, and even had coffee, sweetener and creamer stocked for you, as well as all the spices stocked in the kitchen too. Upon arrival the house looked clean, but we were soon over run with ants. I mean the bathroom literally was a swarm of ants, I actually had to move all of our toothbrushes and things off the sink so they weren’t covered. There was also a large (disgusting) spot on one of the blankets in the bedroom that looked like vomit. When you looked closer it was obvious that the place isn’t cleaned very well. When double checking for things as we were leaving I don’t think they have ever swept under the beds as there were wrappers, CUPS, etc underneath the beds. As much as I appreciated everything that was supplied it would have been nice to have hangers as there were none and there were also no dressers so we had to live out of our bags. They tell you to take out the trash to the cans, but there was only one at the end of the long driveway so hopefully that was where we were supposed to put it?

Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood & great location for the West side of Chattanooga.

The house was very nice, and very organized. The little things that I never thought would be nice was great ex: having bath towels on each bed for the family was a nice touch. The neighbors are not very close to the house, so at night it is very peaceful. Great looking backyard, only down side for us was the rain so the kids didn’t get to go run around outside. Over all a great place to stay. Very easy drive to downtown and just far enough away from it to feel like you are away from a busy city. We will definitely look at staying again here on our next trip.

No dishwasher, although instructions say to use it. Trashcan is at the end of a long driveway, inconvenient in the rain. Overall though, nice place to stay.

Spent 3 days at the property, it was very clean, had everything you need, the Hottub was perfect, is it the best place NO but for the price the location and property can't be beat. 10 minutes from Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain, 15 minutes from downtown. Definitely would recommend this place.

Perfect area ! Very clean ! When reading the description thought it was 4 bedrooms not 3 . But very spacious . Needed more mirrors in bedrooms . Only one small mirror in bathroom and a little hard for more than a few adults to get ready , with there only being one bathroom :) otherwise very quiet . We enjoyed celebrating Christmas with our adult children ! Close to ruby falls , downtown and close to grocery shopping if needed :)

This small house was perfect for what we needed. It was a great place to be away from chaos and fairly central to the attractions we wanted to see in Chattanooga. We enjoyed the hot tub and the living room was a good space to visit and spend time together.

LOVED the home, area, & privacy from the road... we booked for the hottub mostly, and were sad to find out it was broken when we went to use it.... Slightly disappointed & sad about the no hottub amenity, but they offered me a discount & had someone come fix it before the end of that week. 9/10 only bc we weren't able to use the jacuzzi

This home was prefect! It was located in a very nice neighborhood and easy to find. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was prefect and very accompanied. We will definitely do it again.

Second time staying here. Had a couple of kitchen items missing but after one message, they were replaced/supplied next morning. Response was outstanding. Sleeps well and the place was clean on the inside. Really enjoy this house and the privacy of the tucked away location. Will stay again.

I have rented many homes through sites such as VRBO and have never stayed somewhere so unclean and unsafe. The pictures online do not portray what we found when we stayed in the home. Upon our arrival, there were multiple cigarette butts and cigar filters on the porch and in the front yard. There were crumbs covering the sofa and the home smelled unclean. The walls in the dining room had dried liquid where it had hit the wall and run down. The comforters, every single one, had yellow and brown stains on them. We had to wash one of them and the sheets, and the stains came out. The sheets in the master bedroom had hair and dirt in them upon arrival. The bed's headboard was made of cloth and had a layer of dusts, as did the ceiling above the bed. We could not let the kids play outside, because of the accumulation of garbage, tires and paint cans discarded along the perimeter of the yard. The fire alarm in the dining room was not in working order. The bathtub water went from hot to scalding and had no option for cool/cold water. The front door look like it had been kicked and beat up, on the outside and the inside. The floor was unswept. We payed $120 cleaning fee, which they will not give us back even after we complained. We reached out to the property manager, providing photographs, and we were told that the owner would only give us 10% back for our stay. That would not even cover one night. We ended up leaving early because of the state of the home and we continued finding things wrong and unsettling. The photographs on VRBO do not adequately portray this property. I read several reviews regarding the cleanliness, and the owner or management company has obviously not corrected the issue. The property is not being properly cleaned or maintained. I would not recommend this property or using Unique Stays to anyone. The owner and management company needs to do the right thing and make sure this home is safe, up to code and cleaned for other families.

We enjoyed the beautiful home away from home and really appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the owner’s responsiveness. My wife and I will definitely plan another stay in the near future. We have already recommended it to some friends. Only recommendation would be to place a mirror in one the bedrooms. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Not good at what it is priced. Poor amnesties and cleanness down to drain. Area was ok. Not even full roll of kitchen towel or toilet papers.full of decorative pieces all over that are not cleaned In ages. No dishwasher. Dinning table was horrible can’t even feel like eating on it

What a cute clean close to everything we needed place to stay! Set up very nice. Loved coffee station ready to go. Only suggestions we have are more mirrors and night stands in the one bedroom. We were in town for a wedding so one mirror was a bit short for us. Overall great stay!

Cute little place ,quiet, and peaceful.Hard to find needs a marker at end of drive way since it sits so far back off the main road. Need to have drinking glasses had to purchase plastic cups to have something to drink. Trash can was full from the people before couldnt throw any thing in it. Need to fix toilet paper holder so the toilet paper didnt have to sit on the sink. Need a pest control for the spiders .

Nothing necessarily wrong but nothing crazy to boast about. Good location to all attractions and basic necessities met. Any issues that did come up, the host was very quick with a response.

Great property and in a good location. Place was clean upon arriving with also easy leave instruction. Also had easy communication with the property manager for an issues/questions.

Great location for all the amenities for Lookout Mtn. There was also a Walmart near by for any last minute items such as umbrellas:) The house was clean and had most of what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Thank you! My family had a wonderful trip!
