The location is convenient.

The staff is not very friendly. Thanks to Diana on reception! Good professional and helpful person. Would like to meet more people in the hotel like Diana. Otherwise I would give less points for my stay because of personnel. Change the beeper in the elevator!

I guessed the pool.

the room, When we went there, the room smells like feet and the tub wasn’t clean ( there’s booger in the shower curtain and some hair in the tub)

I stayed there two nights along with 3 other adults.Next day I asked for house keeping to come take out the garbage and give us clean towels and toilet paper. I came back to the room in the afternoon to pick up something. And housekeeping never came to my room. Called the office again, they said will send them. Came back to the hotel in the evening, our used towels still on the floor and the garbage and no toilet paper. Very poor hospitality 👎🏽

It's good and clean hotel with swimming pool for kids.

During passing a formality I was charged additional for 100$ which hotel still didn't return... So room really cost for my family 240$ ... All my conversations with hotel manager didn't bring me success...

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

Our room was filthy. The toilet did not flush. The lights flickered. There was clumps of hair in the hot tub and pool. The bathroom in our room was VERY dirty.

The room I booked was not the room we got. I booked the suite with the room, dining area and living room space where the bathroom had two entrances like the photo. I got another room.

the pool time was suppose to be 9 am and was was told 9 am upon check in. then got kids ready and pool didn’t open til 10 am. also the fire alarm went on in the middle of the night waking up the kids when they just got too sleep. it was on for around 15 mins and no communication by staff whatsoever. felt very unsafe. had a very unsettling sleep. I didn’t enjoy having a hotel window view of people eating at a buffet, it felt uncomfortable. so it stayed shut. the room was so uncomfortably hot even with the very loud and annoying fan.

property was fine but had issues with other things
