Private Pool was beautifully clean, private lush garden all around the property. Walking distance to best snorkeling in Grace Bay. House came with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, stocked kitchen that we were about to cook most meals. Comfortable beds with tv in each room to watch movies at night as a family, air conditioning worked great to keep bedrooms cool to sleep. Judy, property manager available at anytime and helpful suggesting restaurants and things to do since living on island for 20+ years. Would highly recommend for a family or 2 couples traveling together

It was a wonderful vacation!! Slept perfectly except for some faint loudspeakers going on late in the distance! Just put in your earplugs. Walked 5 minutes down a little construction road to the beach. Or you can drive around the block and park behind Coral Gardens Hotel. Judy had great beach chairs, that carried as a backpack with a cooler built in. Also had a soft-sided cooler and towels. Best calmest beach ever for me! Beautiful white sand and the reefs are right there just as you walk into the ocean. Couldn't have been any better. Snorkeled all day long! Every time seeing something new and the fish I saw every day were phenomenal! Cooked in the kitchen and on the grill. Flies took us over as we grilled but mostly disappeared by the time we ate outdoors. We were even provided bug sprays and such. The can opener was broken and Judy brought one right over. The pool was perfect, spotless, and even had the floats. They clean it every day. This place is excellent! Judy is genuinely a caring person. You won't be disappointed. We hope to be back soon! What a great little place by the beach. Judy was so accommodating and helpful. The house comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool is actually bigger and the house is bigger than it looks. It is very convenient to walk to the beach where the best snorkeling on the island is located. We can’t say enough great things about this place! We really enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful home and a perfect location for enjoying the soft white sand beach and turquoise waters. Judy was a thoughtful and considerate host. Kitchen was outfitted with all the necessary amenities and more. Private pool and landscaped yard was a peaceful retreat in the heat of the day.

Judy was the most gracious host and made sure that we were enjoying our stay each day we were there. She is soooo friendly and was ready to help us in any way needed while we were there. The property was better than the listing shows in the pics and had everthing we needed for our stay. Judy has just about everything your could need to be comfortable during your stay here. It is a couple hundred yards from the beach with direct access and the the Bight Reef is right there for you to enjoy! We also did a sunset cruise while we were there and the boat picked us up on the beach right in front of Somewhere Cafe which is very close the the house. the location is a short drive, or taxi, to great food and shopping. I would highly recommend getting a car if you will be going places... Scooter Bob's rentals were also amazing to work with for that. Great job Judy! Thanks for the hospitality and helping check another thing off my bucket list!

Rental was comfortable, 6 min walk to the beach, rental had everything we needed, nice to relax by the pool to take a break from the beach; Judy was an excellent host and very helpful Recommend to rent car or plan for transportation

The house had everything you could need and the pool was the perfect spot to unwind and cool off. The house presented exactly as the pictures describe, very clean. Very clean, well cared for, very comfortable.

We came with our 2 year old and 2 month old and were so happy with this property and host. Given their ages, it was amazing to be a short walk to the beach but to also have the private pool to enjoy with our toddler (and during their afternoon naps - much better than being stuck with them in a cold, dark hotel room). We brought our own travel cribs, monitors and child proofing for electrical outlets. The doors to the pool locked so we could rest assured that our toddler couldn’t get out there without us. Judy was an amazing host, always making sure we had what we need and taking special interest in our kids. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, family or not!

Beautiful property, quick walk to the beach. Judy is a great host and makes sure you have everything you need. If you forgot something she probably has you covered. Felt very safe and is a great part of the island. Very new and modern, pool is great and super clean. House was spotless. Great place to relax after all the activities and exploring. 100% recommend, my wife and I think it was a great value and couldn’t have been happier!

Perfect location a short walk from Grace Bay. Very clean and space for small family. Great to have a nice pool for our younger two kids (4 and 6) to play in when they wanted a break from the beach. Host set a new bar for our VRBO stays. She went above and beyond to be responsive, helpful, and accomodating. We would love to stay here again!

We bought groceries and cooked most of our breakfasts and dinners at the house, but toured the wonderful local restaurants for lunches. If you have a car everything you need is a short distance away. Judy and her assistant Kenneta are kind, generous and always available for any need or question. It was our third trip to TCI, but they helped us to discover new restaurants and things to do. They definitely helped to make our trip even more special. Our family has always loved Provo, but finding this gem of a house made it's perfect. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you Judy!!

The Pool House by the Sea couldn't be a more perfect place to stay when visiting TCI, and Judy couldn't be a more lovely and gracious host. It's a wonderful place for families. We embarrassingly probably spent more time in the incredible pool with our little ones then at the beach itself (which is literally a 2 minute walk down the street). Location was great and super central. We rented a car and adventured out most days for kayaking, boat trips, and local restaurants. There's also a large IGA grocery store close by to stock up on whatever you may need and most importantly enjoy the BBQ in the back garden. The place is beautifully landscaped, and the interior is brand new. Seriously, look no further and book now! And then, give Judy a big hug from us when you stay :)

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The owner was very attentive and conscientious to our every need. We thought the property was perfect and exactly as described. The property is immaculately clean , a well equipped kitchen and ideal should you wish to cook. The pool and patio area offers nice shade and a delightful breeze that creates out door comfort. Two good sized en-suite bedrooms with beautiful linen and high quality towels. For us, it was a perfect get away.

The Pool House by the Beach was THE BEST experience. The property owner is LOVELY. The property is perfectly appointed, clean, bright, comfortable. Having the private pool is an enormous perk. The beach is truly a 2 minute walk. There are restaurants in walking distance. She has a water cooler!!!! In the islands, that is amazing, no water bottles. I cannot say enough good. I already booked again for later in the year. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Our family stayed at Poolside By The Beach last week. This gem is a well kept and clean property is fully furnished with everything that you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was as shown and described and the location was perfect! Judy was awesome, and definitely went above and beyond.... A joy to interact with! We look forward to a return trip!

If you are like me, I research for weeks and weeks to find the perfect place for my family to stay. STOP looking, you have found it! Here is why. Location, location, location. We were fortunate enough to spend 6 weeks in the Turks and Caicos at various properties, some right on the water but we loved everything about the location of this property! It is truly steps to the beautiful Grace Bay beach, Bight Reef with great snorkeling, and Somewhere Cafe with amazing nachos and fish tacos. We loved it’s central location, close to everything we could have wanted. It also was extremely safe. The property and house are beautiful and so very clean. Lush landscaping surrounding the property, beautiful pool we all enjoyed, cozy modern home, wonderful screened in porch. Honestly, the pictures don’t show all the great things that this home has to offer! The hospitality was amazing! Judy was quick to answer our inquiries and any questions we may have had. The TV in one room went out one night and by the next day, she had it replaced and ready to go even though we said that was not needed. She is extremely generous and a very thoughtful host. To sum it up, we couldn’t bare to leave this slice of heaven that we had to extend our trip! We definitely will be back!
