This property was clean, walkable and well maintained. It had everything a family or group would need for a weekend. The host was easy to deal with and provided easy communication means back and forth. The house was spacious and well laid out prefect for larger groups looking for that extra room besides a hotel.

Perfect size for extended family. Excellent location! 5 min walk to BM Village. The host was attentive and had great communication.

This was the perfect spot to stay with my family/friends for a little ski vacation. It was nice and close to The Village at Blue and walking distance to the lifts. The house was clean and offered all the typical amenities. Neha was a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions promptly.

Upstairs neighbors were extremely noisey until late into the morning on Sunday but overall our stay was great!

This location was right in front of Blue Mountain. Not only was it a prime location but the apartment was clean and the beds were comfy. And it was very spacious! My kids and I had a great winter vacation The owner responded right away when things were needed. Would definitely come again!

This condo is in an excellent location for accessing the village and ski lifts. It is very spacious and well equipped. The hostess was responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Can’t find anywhere better to enjoy the village with your family! Walkable distance within minutes to all the main attractions. Neha’s property has everything ready down to a water filter jug. Roomy and cozy property with great privacy. The green patch outside was awesome for kids to do leisure activities. Would love to come back again in a different season.

We found the perfect place for our family for holidays and breaks when we are at blue mountain. It’s spacious and very clean. The host communicated all details and provided everything we needed before arriving to the property until check out. We are so impressed and kids wanted to stay longer! Had a great stay. Right across the street from blue mountain. As close as you can get without staying at blue! Fully equipped kitchen, functional TVs with netflix, laundry, comfortable beds, private, ski locker... what more can one ask for? Would definitely come back and recommend.

This is a fantastic rental and would be a perfect place to stay any time of the year. We reserved in January as we are skiers but would recommend Neha’s property for any season. The townhouse was clean, spacious and comfortable. A great find in Blue Mountains!

This was a great stay for our family. It's within walking distance of the Blue Mountain village for our little ones to enjoy the lights and fireworks over the holidays. I was pleased with the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the host who patiently answered my questions This had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable and self sufficient..

Great communication with owner. First impressions were not great though. Access to lockbox in an overflowing and smelly garbage room was not a great start. Hallway was smelly as well due to cooking odours from other units I think. Was not a problem thereafter however. Owner may wish to look into ensuring air pressure/air filter in hallway is working correctly to avoid lingering smells. Water pressure for shower in downstairs bathroom also was lacking. Good news is that it was fixed the next day when we raised the issue. Info re fobs and cost that could be incurred if they were lost should also have been made clearer ahead of time. Once we settled in, however, everything was fine. Clean place. Close to hill. Solid stay overall.

The unit is well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect - Blue Mountain village centre is less than 5 minutes walk, and Collingwood town center is around 10 minutes drive. If you really run out of things to do the included Wifi and Netflix will keep your group entertained. Our group have 7 adults and all are happy.

Perfect place to stay when you are at Blue Mountain. Very clean, comfortable and steps away from the village. Property owner Nehe was very helpful and left great instructions on how to use everything available. I would highly recommend this place.

Having stayed in other VRBO rentals (ski-in/ski-out) numerous times, we found this property to be dark and dated and lacking in cleanliness. We found a broken glass in the Kitchen cupboard; main floor bathroom sink was cracked; cobwebs in the corners of the rooms; closing the drapery in the primary bedroom - the rod was loose and came out. Things like -- walls had unfinished wall patches; some kitchen essentials were missing, i.e., large salad bowl and cooking utensils (considering unit sleeps 8). Very disappointed overall.

Convenient location, 5 minutes walk to village activity center, free car parks X2 and great WiFI, bonus Netflix in living room and all bedrooms, fully equipped Kitchen and BBQ equipment, fire pit for marshmallows/ s’mores in almost private backyard surrounded by trees, fairly clean, owner responded to questions in timely manner, can’t ask for more, happy with my stay there.

This property was better in person and the pictures do not do it justice. I was talking to Neha and Nikhil regarding their other stunning property in Tiny, ON. When I was talking to them about my objectives and what I was looking for. They quickly suggested their other property at Blue Mountain. When they say it is across from Blue Mountain. Let's just say from the time I exit their condo until the time I am sitting down at a restaurant at the Village ordering food, is literally 5 minutes. I have been to Blue Mountain in the past. I prefer to park at the parking lot by the village. There is usually never any parking and i have to park else where. Nikhil's condo which is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms with plenty of living space and a stunning open concept kitchen, living room, dining room with a fireplace. Also comes with 2 parking passes. So I no longer need to look for parking at the village. His condo is literally across the street from the parking lot. It actually takes me less than a minute to exit the condo and cross the road and i am at the last row of parking. The property is super clean. It comes with all ammenities. I did forget my coffee and there was some coffee on site for me to use. I am definately coming back next year. If my kids were not in school, I would be renting the condo here 1 month at a time and work from the condo since he has fast/reliable internet. This felt like my home. It did not feel like a hotel or an STR unit. From the second we entered the unit. It was large and stunning and clean and spacious and not one time did i consider this a rental property. It had all the ammenities of my house. This is going to be my new winter getaway. Thank you Neha and Nikhil for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back next year.

Great place to stay if you are planning a ski trip. 3 minutes walk to the lifts and village. Very good communication with the owner, responding quick to messages. I would try to book this apartment in the future.

Very nice property and truly just a 5 min walk to the village and lifts. I wasn’t familiar with vrbo and was frustrated that they would not send details and location prior ( we were trying to organize a friend to stay close by and we needed to know what was provided to be able to shop ). Certainly this was more of an inconvenience due to the Christmas holidays than it would be at other times. But when we did get the info Neha was terrific and accessible for any questions. The townhouse is exactly as pictured and I suggest bringing your own fire logs since only one was provided ( we were staying a few nights). Thanks for a great family vacation

Can’t beat the location. Right across from village parking lot. Unit looks exactly like the pictures The ground level is awesome as you get extra outdoor space with a fire pit. Neha was super helpful and extremely fast to respond. Very spacious and perfect for the 6 of us. Look forward to staying again.
