The host was very helpful. I phoned to discuss our arrival and received helpful instructions meaning that we could leave some luggage before the apartment was ready for us. The apartment is large, very spacious and comfortable. The location, if you want to be in that area, is excellent. And even for exploring the city, the metro makes getting around from this location very easy. The electronic blackout shutters are wonderful for good sleep!

There were some issues with the cleanliness of some kitchen items. It appeared that some things had been washed in a hurry or not dried properly, leaving a residue. The en suite bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain over the bath so isn't ideal for showering and the shower in the other bathroom is quite small.

Perfect place, the Host very friendly at all times and always ready/willing to help if anything was required. The Apartment is in a perfect location with walking access to anything from shops, to shopping center to Oriente Station where you can get a train or subway to travel around Lisbon.. Couldn't have asked for any better. Will 100% be back !

- Big appartment, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfy beds, good location

- we had to change the appartment at last minute as the other was about to be redone - the builders haven't finished a couple of things well : door handles are not fixed properly and shower lets run out water even if closed completely - a lamp seems to be missing in the master bedroom, there is only the bulb - washing machine was not cleaned

Amazing stay. Wonderful accommodations, had everything you would need. The location is wonderful too, not too far from a bus and metro station. Quiet area, lovely to walk around. Bathroom is very nice, with an outdoor back yard area. Washing machine is a huge plus. Host is extremely kind and attentive as well! Highly recommend this place. Excellent value.

we made the reservation through booking where the apartment was advertised as having AC but it is not true. my stay was in late May. I informed the host of the discrepancy but the apartment is still advertised as having AC on booking.com as of today June 4th,2022.

Very clean place and very spacious. Also, very quite neighborhood. Nothing really outstanding to complain, we definitely loved our stay there, deffo recommended for the price!

Not enough power sockets beside the beds, nowadays at least one is required for each for each sleeping person (everyone has a smartphone). Also, no tea cups, only for the coffee, but hey, it's seems I am tea minority, lol. And also the road from the metro is quite annoying if you have a big luggage bag on wheels, as the road is brick, which makes it very noisy (15 minutes of suffering, hehe).
