The house was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was good. The only complaint I have is that the airconditioners may need to be serviced or replaced. It just didn't stay cool consistently in the house. We made sure the blinds were down and doors were always closed to prevent all areas of house from warming up. Other than that issue, everything else worked out fine.

We had a wonderful family vacation here! The house was beautiful and clean, had all the basic necessities and more. The neighborhood was quiet, and beach only steps away. As others have said, beach was not ideal for swimming but the beautiful pool made up for that. Rick was great to work with, we'd highly recommend his property!

We had the fortunate benefit of Rick providing us an upgrade to his beachfront property located in the same subdivision. This house was more spacious and located right in front of the water. This beach is not for swimming or strolling along as it has large amounts of seaweed and other debris from the recent storms. But the view is incomparable. To hear the ocean sounds out the master bedroom porch all day was wonderful. The pool at the home was perfect and refreshing. Rick had provided all necessary items for days at the beach. This included water toys, chairs, towels, umbrella and coolers. We took advantage of the beautiful beaches located within a 40 minute drive. It was easy to fill up the cooler with ice and there were nearby grocery stores, Walmart and Ralph’s, as well as Walgreens. Just a short distance from the property going in either direction were wonderful local restaurants that we took advantage of for dinner. All of these restaurants were very casual in nature which allowed us to make a stop on our way home from our days out. Having a washer and dryer to wash the towels and suits at night was an added benefit. I would highly recommend this property, Rick was very responsive to any questions we had regarding recommendations. Puerto Rico is a beautiful area and there is so much to explore. We will be back.

My family of 5 stayed at this vacation home. It’s a quiet, small gated community near the beach. You are a unable to swim or relax at the beach; however, the view is amazing. Some of the homes in the community were impacted by the hurricane a few year ago but this house is AMAZING!! This home is very clean and has everything you need. The pool and patio are very nice too. My kids enjoyed swimming and my mom enjoyed doing her yoga outside every morning (just don’t leave your shoes outside…the neighbors friendly dog enjoyed playing with them, lol). Rick, the owner, was very responsive and gave us suggestions for restaurants to visit during our stay. The location of the home is about 30-45 minutes away from beaches and attractions. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and a Walmart about 10 minutes away. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful and the pictures of the home are accurate. There was clear thought put into ensuring renters have what they need to enjoy their stay (beach towels/chairs/rafts available). The rental unit is probably the nicest house in the neighborhood that has mixed-maintained homes. The owner was very responsive and had good restaurant recommendations.

This is a great property to stay at. It's a bit out of town which we liked but for someone who wants to be more "in the action" this would not be the property for you. It is located in a gated community, some of the houses are a bit run down but remember, this is PR and they have been through a lot and are still trying to recoup. The beach is not a swimming beach, you can somewhat walk on it but it should not be a main contender for why you are choosing this property. Rick was very helpful with any information we needed and also gave some suggestions and advice of what to see and where to go. The property is a little over an hour from the San Juan airport. This property is close to the rain forest, we had rain almost everyday we were there however the further we got from the property the nicer the weather seem to get. We did go during rain season (August). The pool and patio area are very nice and relaxing. It could use a few more lounge chairs around the pool. There are 2 lounge chairs and a large dinning table that has 8 chairs. Plenty of pool towels also. Overall, I would highly recommend Rick's property. We had a lovely time while there.

My family of 5 stayed here and the house was the cleanest house I have ever rented through VRBO. The pool was a hit with my kids and is bigger than it appeared in pics. The beach did have seaweed, but we were still able to swim in the ocean. It is a bit rough for younger children. There are several very nice beaches 15-20 minutes away. Conveniently located to stores and Rick was very helpful and quick to respond.

House and pool were fantastic. Gated community has mixture of other nice and mostly run down houses so it took away from the atmosphere. The main reason I chose this house was the closeness to the beach but the beach is not swim able. There was seaweed and trash all along the entire beach. Maybe it was the time of year we were there because I saw one review where they said they swam everyday at this beach. Finally, Rick was very welcoming and answered my questions promptly but were shocked and had no warning when the pool man walked into the yard while we were out there. We did enjoy our time at the house but the beach and “gated community” was a disappointment.

Overall this house is the perfect out of the way spot to have a nice time! When I go away for a vacation I want to see few people and hear less noise. Along with those things, this place will give you a comfortable environment to relax.

On the last night we sat out on the pool deck and watched the lunar eclipse and must have seen 2 dozen shooting stars which we never would have been able to witness in a higher lit area. The property is far nicer than the pictures, and spotlessly clean. The pool is lovely, the ensuite bedroom is twice as large as it appears, and having both front and back porches to eat was terrific. We'd go back again without hesitation. Thanks Rick for a terrific getaway!

The beach feels “untouched.“ A fair amount of seaweed had washed on to the shore. It is shallow a long way out, and we swam every day. You can see Vieques from the beach. The location is interesting next to restaurants, the nature reserve, the rainforest, waterfalls. It doesn’t feel touristy at all. We loved it. Make sure you have the code to the community gate before driving there. We couldn’t enter the community and were lucky to have cell service and be able to call the landlord. There is an abandoned water park and some abandoned buildings close to the house. If you’re not used to that or aren’t expecting it it could be offputting. Overall, we give the property 5 of 5 stars. Highly recommend. We really liked our stay and would return if we ever come back to that area.

We had a great family vacation. Location was within 100 yrs to beach and a few miles to town. Very secure quite gated community. There were plenty of pool toys, beach toys & chairs. Would recommend for other families.

This vacation rental home was amazing. The owner/host Rick was easy to reach and a great resource for the area. The beach is literally steps from the house and the backyard pool was perfection. A super Walmart is a less than 10 minute drive away for supplies/groceries. The kitchen is set up with all supplies you could need. There is space for indoor and outdoor dining. There are also some local restaurants right outside of the community gates with delicious Puerto Rican food. The drive to the airport is about 45 minutes. If you want a night out in Isla Verde, Condado or Old San Juan you are also less than an hours drive away. I am already planning another trip to this perfect location.

This home is located about 45 minutes from san Juan airport in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast on the front porch and enjoyed our relaxing veiw of the ocean. Which was only a half a block away. Every afternoon we enjoyed the pool. This home is very close to Walmart , grocery stores and restaurants. I would recommend have a rental car. I do not think ride share are available. The owner communicated promptly and was very helpful.

This house was so tastefully remodeled and had everything we needed..towels, beach gear, pool gear, kitchen tools. It was especially wonderful to have our own private pool & to be able to jump in anytime we wanted. Loved having our breakfast on the front porch to hear the ocean waves every morning. Washer & Dryer were a bonus so we could take home clean clothes. Rick the owner was an awesome communicator and always got back to us right away with all our inquiries.

Rick gave us directions from the airport which were super helpful because driving in PR can be challenging at times. The house itself was great! When we walked in, the house smelled clean and it was clean - even the grill was sparking clean! House is close to Walmart and grocery store and a bunch of restaurants and shops. There is a Nature Reserve within walking distance of the house where you can rent kayaks or a bike and do some “nature” sightseeing. It was very cool and also pretty cheap. The pool is where we spent A LOT of time and we loved it - super convenient and well stocked with floaties and other pool toys - also, there were a ton of beach towels. FYI: pool area is extremely slippery! This is the second time we’ve rented a house from Rick and it’s obvious he takes great care to make you feel at home at his properties. Our group of eight ranged in age from 8 to 65 - each one of us had a great time and we can’t wait to go back to PR!

The house was clean, spacious and beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed and we did a lot of cooking. We didn’t use these but there was a nice crib and an air mattress for families who may need them. The pool was wonderful and very refreshing in the evenings after our long days spent on the beach (2 min walk from the house). We spent a lot of time in the backyard in the mornings and evenings. Beautiful landscaping, soothing waterfalls and candles. Very relaxing setting. Rick was a wonderful host with plenty of tips and recommendations. Communication with him was easy and he is very friendly and accommodating. Puerto Rico is still recovering from the 2019 hurricane in areas but is still beautiful. I appreciated the quiet, relaxed vibe in Humacao(different from San Juan) and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Rick! We appreciate you.
