Great property, 3 bedrooms and large living area. Well stocked and supplied. We were really glad we choose the Oak Creek area over Sedona. Walking distance to a grocery store and multiple dining options. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions pre-trip. Overall highly recommended.

This location was ideal. It has close access to grocery and local restaurants (walking distance, if needed). Our family hiked everyday and were able to get the trailheads on the south side of Sedona with great ease. The post Christmas traffic was rather busy on 179 so this allowed us to still access some great trails with little waiting. The property was well stocked for our family meals post adventures and is as described. The property is easy to get into and out of, traffic wise. Beautiful unit and nice quiet property. We would return and will recommend to those traveling into Sedona.

This condo has everything you need! The kitchen is loaded…nice bath towels, pool towels, they even supplied shampoo, conditioner & body wash! Great location too. The Red Rocks right outside the door. Restaurants & a great market in walking distance.

The property was spacious, nicely appointed, and homey, and the owners thoughtfully provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our two kids loved having their own rooms. There were plenty of nice towels and a kitchen complete with a keurig and everything needed to prepare and eat home-cooked meals. Beds were on the firm side. The location of the unit was excellent as it was steps away from one hot tub and also very close to the pool and main hot tub. The pool was big enough to swim laps and there are designated lap-swim hours. The Oak Creek location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a good grocery store just across the road. It was a lovely drive to get to other areas of Sedona. We did have a problem with the air conditioning and the owners were extremely responsive, answering a text within minutes and promptly addressing the issue (it was a matter of adjusting a utilities setting). We would definitely stay here or at another of the owners’ properties again!

We had an enjoyable stay in this rental. The location was close to restaurants, grocery and shopping.

We arrived late at night and it was difficult to find the correct building and condo due to the darkness. I recommend arriving during the daytime so that you see the building and condo numbers. Everything else was awesome.

We had a great time at the condo in VOC which is just the right distance from the traffic and busy-ness of Sedona. Great place for hiking, sight seeing and restaurants! Safe neighborhood and beautiful condo! Would definitely book here again. Perfect for our 3 generation family trip!

Probably the best property we’ve had on VRBO. Pool available, this is a property you would want to stay for a week. 5 minutes south of Sedona in Oak Creek. A couple of great coffee spots, grocery, and restaurants.

Perfect location for a getaway for a few days. Loved that we could walk to the outdoor artisan market and several restaurant location. Property was clean and well appointed! We will be back for sure!

We had an amazing time at John & Robin’s property. They thought of everything!! They even had a little treat basket for the kids and games for the family. Their home is beautiful and comfy and was perfect for our needs, but it really was all the little extras that made it super special! The property was exceptionally easy to find and easy to access, and the hosts would respond immediately when we had a question. Thank you John & Robin! We hope we get a chance to come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described. Hot tub was very enjoyable and super close to our condo. Communication with manager was great. We enjoyed being south of Sedona just a bit and away from all the traffic. Lots of hikes between this place & center of Sedona when traffic heavy. Would definitely stay here again when we come back! Host had lots of area information regarding hikes, places to eat etc.

Very nice condo. Very close to hot tub. Grocery store conveniently located across the street. Within 15-30 min of several hikes. It was great to have water in the fridge when we arrived. I would recommend. Only negatives would be the parking spot in the car port was a little tight, but you did have options of not parking there and the master shower was a little tight to get in, but fine unless you are a large person.

Our stay in oak creek was very nice! We enjoyed both hot tubs at the resort each night we were there. The condo was very clean, well equipped & great layout. It was across the street from the grocery store & close to many of the awesome hikes. We really enjoyed it!

Perfect resting space for our trip to Sedona!

We stayed here on our family vacation in June and it worked out great for us. The pool was nice and there is a grocery store right across the street. It was also easy access to all the sights to see in Sedona. We will stay here again, if we come back. Thanks!

This condo was perfect for my family of four. We loved the location. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The host are very responsive and kind. This was our first time in Arizona and we loved it. Sedona was amazing. Hiking was beautiful. We will highly recommend this property to others and will for sure keep it on our list if we make it back her another time. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo was clean and a perfect place to land at night after a busy day enjoying Sedona we loved the location and being outside the packed streets of Sedona. The drive was quick and easy to any restaurants and activities we enjoyed. Traffic wasn’t an issue for us but it wasn’t a busy time when we were there. Kitchen was well equipped and hosts were great at making recommendations for restaurants etc. We loved our time here.

This property was fantastic for our trip with friends. We enjoyed the ability to come back from a long day of hiking and relax. The condo was very clean and stocked with the essentials. The property owners were very quick to respond and even took our suggestion of adding a cooler for use while staying at the property. The condo itself was in a great location to restaurants and stores.

Beautiful condo. Lots of amenities. The kids enjoyed the family games and the tennis courts. Only suggestion would be no carpeting in the other 2 bedrooms.

We had an excellent stay in Sedona at this condo. The condo was spacious and our family had a bedroom for everyone. We enjoyed the tennis courts, pickleball, pool table and pool and hot tub. I would definitely come back!

The owners were incredibly responsive, and took care of a concern we raised within minutes. The condo itself is a perfect size for a family of 4-5 people. The owners also went over and above by including some goodies (candies and bottled water as well as tea/coffee). The kitchen was well stocked, and the quality of dishware and cookware was better than more VRBOs we've stayed in. The only two knocks against this property is that there is another unit upstairs. In addition to hearing those people thud their feet on the floor when walking early in the morning, they also made a noise complaint about us the first evening that the air conditioner was making a "vibration" noise during the night hours. It is clear that the owner of the upstairs unit is unhappy about the short term rentals and really just trying to make it difficult on the owners of this unit. This is obviously something the owner of this unit can't control, but just be prepared to deal with an over-excited Karen who lives above. The only other knock is that the master bathroom shower is very small. We are not big people, and it was a somewhat closterphobic showering experience. Bigger individuals may also have a hard time navigating the very narrow passage between the wall and shower. Last, keep in mind that the pool is not heated, but there are two hot tubs that are. There is also a tennis and pickleball court.

This property is so so much cuter in person! We had a lovely stay and would certainly use this renter again.
