Dieses Apartment liegt im Stadtzentrum und ist damit die perfekte Ausgangsbasis, um Hamilton zu erkunden. Es gibt praktische überdachte Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, sodass du dein Auto stehen lassen und in 7 Minuten zu Waikato Stadium oder in 8 Minuten zu Waikato River laufen kannst.
In der Küche gibt es einen Ofen, eine Herdplatte und einen Kühlschrank sowie einen Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle und Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck. Dank der Ausstattung mit WLAN und Fernseher kannst du es dir so richtig gemütlich machen. Nice size property - reasonably close to restaurants and bars - downside was a few noisy neighbours and the bars shut far too early on a Friday & Saturday night ! + the rain !

This was a nice place we rented- In a little bit rough area and there were ants in the kitchen. There is one other issue that there is no heating or cooling in the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom- We were there during the summer and had a great trip- but My wife and I slept in the down stairs bedroom and had to have the only AC/Heater on low temp with the fan on high to try to get some air up stairs to where our daughters were staying. This is the first time I have not given a 5 star review ever. But I felt with the ants and lack of upstairs ventilation (even a fan would help) I could only go with 4 stars.

We were in Hamilton for the weekend to catch up with friends. What a great location and great sized townhouse for 3 couples. Highly recommended.

My husband was down here at a conference so I decided to come along for a break. We needed somewhere that I could bring our dog along, and this property allowed that.
More than enough room for the 2 of us which was great for when he arrived back late and I was already asleep.
One thing I judge properties by is their showers! And this was the best shower for quite some time.
Only down side was the parking. I had to squeeze our car into the garage, and it was a squeeze, or risk being towed or park some distance away on the street.

Owner communicated ahead of time about a proposed home switch to accommodate a family currently in the listing needing to extend their stay. New home just as described and owner available for all questions.

This was a very comfortable, very clean, beautiful property in a fantastic location. Generous size bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen and dining area. Everything beautifully styled. Easy walk to restaurants, main shopping centre, cinemas, food and grocery stores. Communication was very easy and check in was straight forward. Highly recommend.

This was a last-minute find for a weekend when all the hotels in Hamilton were booked, and it was a lovely experience! Plenty of space for our party of 5 with great amenities and a clean, quiet location. Property manager was a great communicator and we had no issues with anything before, during, or after our stay.

Nice tidy accomodation, reasonably modern, convenient location, manager of the property was first class with great communication, we only gave location a 3 star as for us the street/immediate surrounding area wasn't at a standard we would ideally want to be.

There was 3 couples on our stay here. The house was perfect to accommodate us all. There was plenty of space and everything we could have require was there. Recommend others to stay as it was beautiful.

Our stay was enjoyable and practical we were able to walk to the river and shops. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to required facilities such as the pool and university. We appreciated being able to cook a few meals and keep up to date with laundry throughout a five day sporting event. Perfect to return to after a busy day.

Absolutely loved this property, exactly what we needed for our time in Hamilton. Close to everywhere we needed to be. Teenagers enjoyed having their own space upstairs, Im on crutches so it was great to have a downstairs bedroom!! Would most definitely hire this property again, if in Hamilton.

The apartment is clean and tidy - the main issue is parking if you have more than one car. Street side parking can be used. Bedrooms are fine as is the kitchen. The lounge is smallish. Overall good value and close to town with the river walk only a few hundred metres away.

Two couples on a weekend getaway without the kids and this place was perfect. Pretty central to town, secure, good size bedrooms and bathrooms, and cosy living and dining area with a good kitchen. Would stay again.
