We enjoyed the large kitchen with plenty of space for our large-extended family to sit and enjoy meals together. We appreciated the dock size and all the included amenities in the boat house (life jackets, kayak, Lilly Pad, etc). We found ourselves staying at the house without a need for extra entertainment at the bars on the lake. There was plenty to do at the house in the quaint, quiet cove. It was perfect.

We had a large group of extended family on this trip. The house was great for people to have their privacy, and yet also to come together for meals and gatherings. The dock was great! We love the Ozarks!

Nice place for an extended family to stay. Room to be together and to take your own space when needed. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, pots/pans and utensils. Only issues were a broken ice maker, toilet paper that was very thin/cheap and some of the towels need to be replaced. Overall a great place to stay.

House was perfect with private quiet space for everyone. Just off the channel in a quiet, uncrowded cove ... quite lovely Well furnished. Most bedrooms have great views of the lake. Best part: dining area big enough to sit up to 20! Dock was large, with room for 35 foot boat/skidoo/pontoon boat/kayaks and/or lily pad. Tons of water toys -- from kick boards to paddle boat -- and life jackets of all sizes. Incredibly comfortable chairs and tables on dock in the shade. (My favorite place for early morning coffee, late night peace before bed.) Kids liked slide and all liked high jump (not too high!) Lots of interesting games. Kitchen well stocked with tools/pans/dishes. Recommend bringing condiments/dry goods if planning to cook and bake. Need to bring your own indoor toys if small children. To be expected.

Kids loved lily pad and fishing from dock. The cove was a great cove for tubing with young children. We had plenty of room for our family.

Our family had a GREAT vacation at this property! The house was exactly as presented but once you get there and see your lake views for the week, it’s even better. We enjoyed home cooked meals in the well stocked kitchen, game nights at the table and sunny days on the dock. The extras provided for water fun was really appreciated! Even though we rented a pontoon for the week, we used the paddle board, Maui pad and kayak. It was great hanging out on the dock for quiet morning coffee with a visit by eagles flying overhead! If I come back to Lake of the Ozarks, I would definitely want to stay here again. My only criticism, is that the exterior of the house could use a power washing. Understanding that there are lots of bugs with Lake Life, keeping up on spider webs and bugs would make using the other space even more enjoyable.

The house is a great place all the way around, from location on the lake to the way the rooms in the house are laid out and every space is utilized. There is a grocery store, Woods, 10 minutes away for all your needs. We had a couple hiccups with the Maui pad being damage and missing a paddle for the paddle board when we arrived but we made the best of it anyways! Jen was made aware of the small problems. One comment for those struggling with knee problems; there are more stairs going down to the lake than we thought. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our family!! Would highly recommend this house!

The house was very clean an nicely decorated. The kitchen had up to date appliances, including an ice machine, which was a big plus for a large group. There was plenty of table seating for all 13 of us, which was super nice. Jen, our host was very attentive to my questions and any problems that arose. Our coffee maker didn’t work and she had someone deliver a new one a few hours later! The dock had a very nice seating area with slide, platform and maui pad being big hits with kids and adults. One con with the dock: the ladders are pretty old, wooden, slippery and even the younger ones had some trouble maneuvering. But we were just extra careful and didn’t let it spoil our amazing week at the property. We ALL voted to go back in the future.

The house was beautiful! My family along with my brother's family all spent the week together & we didn't feel crowded. The kitchen was large & well equip; we made meals everyday. The best feature was the stand alone ice machine, we didn't run out of ice once! The dock had a great seating area that was covered to get out of the sun & the cove was quiet. We would definitely go back.

Our children and grandchildren met us here from three neighboring states between Christmas and New Year’s. Five families fit comfortably with plenty of space for cooking, eating and hanging out. We can’t imagine how fun this place would be in the summer…right on the water with so many lounging areas and swimming activities. In spite of it being December, we had nice weather and the kids even took a “polar plunge” which they will never forget! The “cousins” bunk room and the ping pong room were great. Our time couldn’t have been better!

Although this was my first VRBO rental, it's going to be hard to beat this amazing property. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all. We had a blast fishing and swimming from the private dock and just being right on the water was the best.

The house was spacious. We hung out mostly in the kitchen and dining area. We loved having the two large tables for playing games. Glad we had room to park 3 cars . The only negative was the bath drain stopper didn’t work so no baths

The property was perfect for the 8 of us to stay at for our annual golf getaway. Plenty of room, very clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Jen was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again if it is open when we return next year.

We were able to enjoy this home with 13 of us and had plenty of room for all of us to eat and be together.

First, we had great communication with the owner. The house itself was just what we needed. The rooms were were great. There are essentially 3 suites, 2 additional bedrooms, a bunk room and a cute little hideaway nook where kids can sleep. The suites on the lower level are very spacious, with great views and access to the deck area. The other rooms on the upper level are roomy as well, even the bunk room had plenty of space for the kids. Our only regret was not staying longer. The kitchen was large enough for all of us to enjoy meals together with room to spare. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table...daily. And the dock was absolutely the hang out spot for the week. Plenty of seating and very comfortable. Kids spent alot of time in the water and the adults were able to hang out on the outdoor furniture while they swam. If your thinking of renting this place, I absolutely would. If/when we make our way back to LOTO, we are definitely checking the availability of this house first.

What a great week at the lake, the property was amazing, located petfectly near all the attrications at the lake, the house, dock, and cove were perfect, and the views will blow you away. Loved it!!!

This property was perfect for our large group of multiple families. There were several rooms that had bunk bed options for the kids. The Lilly pad, water slide, and diving platform were awesome also. There were options for paddle boarding & kayaking free on site. The game room was perfect for our family ping pong tournament. Any issues we had were handled promptly by the manager. One of the best properties we have experienced in over 10 years of Lake of the Ozarks vacations. Very clean and spacious property. A wonderful dock in a terrific cove that was never too rough from boat/PWC traffic. We will definitely book again!

This property is amazing. Our group consisted of 6 families ranging in age from 6-66 and there was something for everyone. This is our third year staying on the lake and this is by far our favorite place. We had one minor issue with the dock and the property owners took care of it promptly. The dock and location are great. We hope to visit again next year!

We absolutely loved this property! - the home was so beautifully decorated, the beds were SO comfortable, the lay out of the house was perfect to accommodate a large gathering- never once did we feel crowded.. We loved the big kitchen layout and cooked lots of good food in it- as well as grilled! (Bring some Tupperware with lids or plastic bags for leftovers if you plan to cook) We loved sitting on the dock - someone was on it from basically sun up to sun down! The furniture and lay out chairs were comfortable! The kids loved the variety of things to play on; slide, diving board, kayak, Lilly pad .. the location of the home is great! It’s within 15 min of basically all you could need. We went to Omega coffee in Laurie, paradise restaurant (awesome outdoor seating), shopping by the dog patch store (souvenir central 😜), we used the woods grocery store — we really wanted to drive up and eat at Frankie and louies but it happened to be raining that night so ended up at it’s sister business, paradise.. but we drove up to Frankies for gas and it looked like an amazing time for all! Check it out if you get the chance!! Overall we loved everything about this home! Usually we pick a different home each year, but the adults and the kids decided that’s not necessary anymore! We found one that we would be happy to return to over and over! Thank you for renting out your home so our family could collect memories together 😀

Had a couple of minor glitches with the dock, both of which were handled immediately by he property owner. Neither issue interrupted any of the fun of being at the lake with family! Great house and better owners! Highly recommend this home

We came with 5 families, including 12 grand children. There is good living, dining and sleeping space to accommodate everyone. Everyone loved the dock and spent a lot of time swimming, playing games and lounging on it. Grand kids even caught bass, cat fish and pan fish right off the dock. The ping pong table was a big hit as we even held our own ping pong tournament. We all enjoyed our stay.

This house worked very well for 2 seniors, their 4 adult children & spouses, 3 yr twins and 3 babies (2 mos to 8 mos). The walk-in closets of 3 bedrooms were large enough for a pack n play so babies slept undisturbed off the parent's room. The 3 yr olds loved sleeping in the small attic bedroom in their parent's suite. The huge eating space in the kitchen was great. The sunroom could be closed off for quiet sitting or lively ping pong. We brought in a lot of food but the large frig plus an extra frig in the utility room handled it. Bless the separate ice machine keeping us in cold drinks!

We enjoyed our time at the property for my son's 16th birthday. We rented a boat and jet skiis and the dock was perfect. I would recommend this property to others.

This is the perfect vacation home. The layout is a great layout for adults and kids. The home was pristine. Lots of stuff to do and great location.

The property worked out perfectly. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. The dock had plenty of room for three bass boats as well
