Location was very convenient

The location was fantastic, close to both shops and the beach. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean.

This is a beautiful unit just a couple of blocks from the main street and closer to the beach. It is quiet, well appointed and very comfortable. None of the rules associated with its use are unreasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay despite the check in debacle.
The code was not provided to the lock box prior to arrival and despite emails, phone calls and text messages, was not provided until 16.30. Then there was an issue with the supply of linen that had been prearranged but not delivered. All was eventually resolved but not without a little bit of worry. Dianne was very apologetic and quite helpful, even making the beds when she arrived with the linen.

Beds were amazing and loved the shower. Perfect location, clean rooms and fully equipped.
A little noisy with renovations occurring in the adjoining unit, but respectfully kept it low and out of the way.

Need prior advice reGarding linen for single beds-not standard but 3/4 single so fitted sheet didn’t fit. Also need hook on back of bathroom door for dressing gown.

Annie’s Place was a home away from home. I have stayed in many houses in Cowes in the last 10 years and this was by far my favourite. So much so I have already rebooked for next year. Clean, comfortable, homey, everything I needed was provided.

The owners are so thoughtful, there is everything that you could need in this beautiful property and it is so comfortable and close to town. Perfect for a getaway or an extended holiday.
