Coco Plum was the perfect place to stay! We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our vacation! The neighborhood was beautiful and the landscaping was gorgeous! The house was decorated in the West Indies style and was very comfortable and cozy! We highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

The home is beautiful inside and out. Everything was clean, the linens were great, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had lots of nice touches. We loved our stay. Also, the neighborhood is so cute!

The house is furnished & appointed very nicely. It has touches that many vacation rentals lack — clocks in the bedrooms, decent & plentiful clothes hangers, super-comfy beds & bedding. The kitchen has everything one could possibly need. Patio is very inviting, we spent a lot of time there. Only downside is the lack of in-house washer/drier. Would definitely stay here again.

This lovingly restored historic bungalow was full of thoughtful details and incredibly clean. The location is perfect as you can walk to convention center, the park, and Rosemary Square. The cute pool is calm and quiet. The landscaping is stellar. I cannot say enough positive things. Thank you!

This house was incredibly well appointed. It was super clean and comfortable. Everything you can think of was provided. There were waters, sodas, creamer in the fridge.,and a nacks on the counter. Super cute little cottages with shared pool and deck areas as well as the private patio with comfy seating. I highly recommend this stay!

My husband and I stayed for 9 days in the quaint Coco Plum cottage in The Grandview Heights Historic District on P Street in West Palm Beach. The area is made up of small cottages and a few bigger houses, and you really get a feeling of being transported back in time. The property is managed by Tonya, who promptly answers every request. Check-in was a snap with the keypad on the door, and the cottage was immaculate and had two comfortable bedrooms. Bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses; the room was dark (with the curtians and shades closed) and most important of all, no PEEP was heard at night! There are no dogs barking, no cars passing, so if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep, you have found it, we slept so well in this cottage! I frequently rent properties in the Florida area and take some boxes of kitchen utensils with me, and for the first time, however, I didn't need them. The kitchen is fully-loaded with everything you need, knives, mixing bowls, plenty of flatware, loads of different glasses and a good mix of appliances. So if you do plan to cook, you are set. The house is from the 1930's (if my memory serves me correct), and the decor is very cozy. If you're planning on washing clothes, I do suggest you stock up on quarters before you arrive- the washing machine is a few cottages over near the pool, a wash is 2 dollars. There is a lovely caretaker, Francisco, who was so helpful. I was working at our trade show at the convention center, and he took care of accepting my baggage from Iberia and opened the door so I didn't have to leave work to wait for my bag to be delivered. All the people we met in the other cottages were so amicable. It was indeed a home away from home, and we couldn't have been happier about our stay. We also loved discovering the fantastic bakery/restaurant HIVE just a few blocks away-the most amazing loaves of bread and pastries! Coco Plum is really a small gem of a place- we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Coco Plum Cottage in the Grandview Heights neighborhood of West Palm Beach. The house was clean and cozy with just the right amount of modern updates and amenities. We really enjoyed the private outdoor space - it felt so tropical and like our own little oasis. We loved that the house was walking distance to shopping and restaurants and that it was so convenient to Palm Beach.

Enjoyed the house for our week long stay in West Palm. Location and neighborhood can’t be beat. The heated pool and luxurious linens, soaps makes it five stars. You can tell the property management know what they are doing and take pride in their property

This space worked out beautifully for our family of 5 - it felt like a home away from home.
