Entspann im beheizten Pool oder trink etwas im Garten dieser Ferienwohnung. Außerdem kannst du eine Terrasse oder einen Patio und einen Grill nutzen. Wenn du genug Frischluft getankt hast, probier es doch einmal mit einer Runde Tischfußball. Und wenn du darauf keine Lust hast, gibt es dank WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und Fernseher noch jede Menge Möglichkeiten, wie du deine freie Zeit ausgiebig genießen kannst.

The house was very accommodating ample room for the eight of us. Nice pool nice private yard again will definitely go again. Loved everything about the house.

Multi generation family vacation. Wonderful time, communication with host excellent and accommodating. House well stocked and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, excellent pool and yard. Enjoyed feeding turtles, catching frogs and lizards. Easy drive to Anna Marie Island. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

Aside from a few mishaps (that probably happens at every stay), the house was clean and well-kept. Beds were in great shape and the grounds were immaculately maintained. There were turtles and fish in the pond in the back yard and rabbits came by every morning for breakfast and sometimes in the evening for an evening snack. The salt water pool was fantastic and felt wonderful. They had TONS of beach gear and even a beach wagon that was a lifesaver when going to the beach. HUGE props for that! For the most part, communication was fantastic with the owner, however, to no fault of the owner, on the last day we were there, the door stopped taking our code and we were locked out of the house approx 45 min. There were AC issues when we first arrived, and the owners were on top of it quickly. The service man however, arrived many hours later than he stated, making for an uncomfortable first evening there. It was a simple fix once he arrived and I'm sure that this will be a regular part of the maintenance going forward and shouldn't be an issue. We would definitely stay there again!!!! My extended family enjoyed staying in this quiet neighborhood at this immaculate and well stocked home. From the bunk room & 3 king sized beds to the fully functional kitchen, we were very comfortable. Outdoors in the screen structure, the variety of seating, grill & pool occupied our group while we weren’t at the beach. The little dock was a hit with the fisherman in the group. Tho it’s a small body of water, they had fun catching and releasing bass. We had minor issues with the key pad and the A/C and the host was very helpful and responsive both times. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. The house is as depicted in pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. We spent hours in the pool and lanai. The pond behind is full of turtles, which would come to the dock whenever we were out there. The house is conveniently located to Anna Marie Island, beaches as well as shopping. The well stocked kitchen was a definite plus. No need to buy seasonings and plenty of cookware. Also the beach chairs, towels and mats were great! We would definitely stay there again. Our group ranged from a 15 month old to preteens and the toys and games were great for them.

This property nicely accommodated our family of 9, including a 5 and two 2 year-olds. Quiet location with nice pool ( though a bit cool). The pond at back of property was beautiful with a nice variety of birds. We were surprised to find that the advertised EV charger did not exist. The kitchen counters weren’t as clean as one would expect, though the kitchen had plenty of pots, utensils, etc.

Beautiful property, we had plenty of space/room for all 8 of us. I will say she stocks the whole house with plenty of supplies (shampoos, soaps, laundry supplies, dish soap etc.. and paper products). I liked that there were spices etc available in the spice cabinet.
There were a few questions, which Jenny responded promptly with answers and one issue which was resolved pretty quickly.
The only thing I would say is the bunk bed room mattresses weren’t very comfortable (kids said they very hard) and the pull out trundle bed had a broken wheel, so that was a bit awkward for one of my kids to sleep on. Jenny did respond to the broken wheel, and I do believe she was going to have it fixed.
All in all we had a great stay. The backyard was a huge plus to relax and feel like we were truly on vacation. We loved playing corn hole, swimming and the foosball table was fun too.

This home was the perfect location for our family gathering. Beautiful pool and lake. Easy drive to Cortez rod and Manatee road. Clean home with many amenities. Would definitely stay again.

There were 9 of us for this stay from 5y/o to 67y/o. There was plenty of room for all of us. Place was clean & supplied well. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Quist, safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend. Would stay again.

We rented this home for a long weekend, it is a beautiful and spacious home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. There were 4 adults and 3 younger teenagers and there was so much space and so much to do. We weren't home often, but we wished we would've been as it was so nice! They have everything you would need if you wanted to go to the beach, or if you have a little one...we did not have to pack all of the extra stuff. The property manager was also wonderful, any question I had was answered promptly and kindly. Highly recommend! We want to come back!

We enjoyed our visit to this property. Our age group was ages 4-70 which consisted of 3 separate families. The spaces was perfect for what we needed, as we all had a separate bathroom per family. We would recommend if you need to contact the owners to use the VRBO app vs the “Stay a while” link they send you. My messages on VRBO were responded to immediately. The property was clean, great location and had all the necessities you would need for a beach vacation. Checkin and out was easy! The pool was great and our kiddos loved going on the dock and watching the fish and turtles. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great Stay
The house was wonderful with plenty of room for 5 adults. Kitchen was fully stocked and cabinets and drawers nicely labeled. Bedrooms were very comfortable, the pool area was great to hang out with family. Plenty of pool towels were provided. Furnishings and decor made the house very comfortable and inviting.
The owners were very responsive and accomodating with an issue we had on first day. Overall, a wonderful time and we would recommend this home to anyone!!

Great time in Bradenton near Anna Maria Island
We had a wonderful time! The property is well maintained and we loved our stay. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice as well. We did have a little issue with the A/C and it was handled almost immediately and we were not at all inconvenienced. Jenny and Kenny were great hosts!

Family Memories
The house was perfect for what we needed. We were attending a family wedding, so we needed somewhere close to Anna Maria Island where we could all get ready for the activities leading up to the wedding. It was also nice to be able to relax at the pool and near the pond in between events. Any issues we did have, the hosts responded immediately and took care of it. We would stay again!

Good family retreat
We stayed a month and had seperate visits from 2 of our childrens' families. The facilities were excellent for both types and our visitors enjoyed everything except the traffic jams getting to the ocean beaches. We spent much emjoyable time in the lanai and the table with moditor was an excellent place for me to set up an office while still feeling part of the outdoors. The owners were extraordinarily prompt and responsive to the few problems and needs we had. We enjoyed the pool almost daily, but be aware that it is not really large enough for swimming.

Bradenton Spring break retreat
Jenny was responsive. The property seems to be a clear flip with interesting flooring in every room. The pool could use some updating. Jenny and staff were quick to accommodate my need to cool the house upon arrival and increase the pool heat. I bought and scrubbed the mildew out of the baths. The dock allowed a moment when you saw many turtles which was magnificent. Overall, for a multiple family home this is more than sufficient.

Wonderful stay
We celebrated Christmas with extended family and the house worked great for all 10 of us! The pool was great, the lanai was spacious with lots of amenities - chaise lounge chairs, a table and chairs, a swing and corn hole. The house was stocked with sand toys to bring to the beach, an umbrella and pool toys. Everything we needed. Would come back again. Thanks!!!

Great stay!
The house was just as advertised there was a lot of us mostly kids plenty of space and they loved it especially the dock on the lake...endless selfies! The only disadvantage I guess if you'd call it that is there's no TV in the master but was still a great place!

Comfortable and relaxing stay
This home is clean and has a nice space for gathering. The kitchen and eating area is spacious. The pool area is very nice as well. The owners are very generous with supplies and respond quickly to communications. We enjoyed our stay in this home!
