Everything. The location is stunning and even better than on the pics. The beds are super comfortable and the room spacious. The staff is extremely polite and super kind. All in one, one of the best places we have been stayed at.

The breakfast is good but the food in the restaurant is expensive and simply not good at all.

Amazing resort with a clean beach and beautiful as well as comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff, especially the life guards at the beach. Motorbike rent was also super easy and fair priced. During our stay we also realized how they are continously working on still improving this magnificent Resort even with small things such as a beachvolley net or bookshelfs in the lobby. In total it was one of my greatest hotel stays and I would always come back.

Really the only thing we could say was that the food in the resort was a bit pricy. But there are great alternatives near by.

Bij aankomst al direct een kennismaking met het schitterende zwembad. Bungalow was comfortabel , heerlijk bed, goede douche (buiten is ook extra leuk). Strand is wit, ontbijt is uitgebreid. En personeel is geweldig. Vooral Skye en Thanh!

I really loved the location of this hotel, right on the beach. The decor is beautiful. The pool was amazing and they had loads of great facilities including being able to rent a motorbike and a spa. We had a lively view from our room and the jungle bathroom was amazing.

So there were a few things that we feel could be improved. To begin with, we used the free airport shuttle service which we booked through the hotel. It was meant to leave at 3pm. We did see the minibus drive away without us and two other guests. I contacted the hotel and the driver arrived back and attempted to get us into the minibus with all of our luggage, he began piling the bags up in front of guests and it was so bad that two guests decided to get out and pay for a taxi instead. Next, the room is beautiful and the bed had a mosquito net around it. The door to the outside bathroom is on a roller so does not completely close at night. This means you end up with a fair amount of wildlife in your room for a sleepover. As much as I love geckos, having them in the room with us proved for an unsettled sleep because of their noises and also we returned to the room a few times to find gecko poop on our things. It would have been good if the hotel had given us a bit of advice on what to do about the wildlife e.g. keep suitcases closed and maybe gave us a heads up that some animals could get in. On our final night we had seen a snake on the road and this made me feel very worried about a snake or spider getting into the room. (I knew it was a jungle treehouse, I just would have like a bit more info on how jungle it would be). We also only had one plug socket work in the room and had to sit our wires a certain way for them to work. Next, the stairs to the treehouse are really dark at night and quite steep, it would be good if there were more lights. Finally, the price of items at the hotel are ridiculous. We asked for a bottle of water from the bar the first night as we had ran out and were charged 80000vnd for a 480ml bottle. The water from the mini bar was 25000vnd for 500ml. We also found the service round the pool very slow, we had ordered food at 11.20am because we were being picked up for a snorkeling trip at 12.20pm (Onbird are great for this!

Me gustó mucho lo integrado del Resort con el entorno rodeado de naturaleza, con materiales naturales como la madera y el ratán. El trato es excelente. Hay que destacar el buffet del desayuno que es espectacular. Para mi fue un plus también disponer de clases de Yoga por la mañana. Hice 2 clases de las cuales, la que dió la chica, fue de mucha calidad. Es también un detalle el traslado al aeropuerto gratuito con desayuno y agua para llevar.

No hay nada que no me gustara. Aunque me hubiera gustado que el secador fuera de mayor potencia.

Un alojamiento de ensueño. La cama es cómoda y espaciosa. El personal es de lo más atento y estuvieron a nuestra disposición siempre que lo necesitamos. Nos hicieron upgrade de habitación y además nos dejaron hacer late check-out, una maravilla. ¡Recomendadísimo! 😍

Very expensive for what you get. Food was average and the menu unchanging. Both food and drinks were overpriced. Property also had maintenance issues. Our bathroom tap came off twice and our card key stopped functioning and we were locked out of our room. Staff appeared to be trying and to mean well but failed to deliver the service you would expect of a five star resort. Wouldn’t return

Beautiful grounds and such friendly and polite staff! We stayed in the grand ocean bay just next door to ocean bay which had a large pool and private beach. We were glad we chose the grand as the ocean bay resort looked quite busy around the pool and a lot of the time we had the big pool to ourselves at the grand. We loved renting the scooters from the hotel and these were very affordable for the day. The rooms are all decorated beautifully with gorgeous floor tiles and a large bath. They also have mosquito nets around the beds and insect repellent in the room which was handy.

Unfortunately our AC stopped working in our room and we had to wait a long time for the problem to get solved. It was late at night and we were so tired, we ended up leaving our things in our room and staying in another room with working AC. The next day we went back to our room and the AC still wasn’t working. The staff then moved us to another room with our own private pool and we’re very apologetic about the inconvenience. We appreciated this a lot!

Alles, we hadden een leuke kamer op de bovenverdieping van één van de huisjes met een fijn terras en uitzicht op zee. Het bed was fijn, in het begin even wennen aan de “open” badkamer, maar al snel had dat ook z’n charme. Mooie zwembaden met lekkere ligbedden. Wij hebben vooral bij het achterste zwembad bij het nieuwe Great Ocean Bay gelegen want we vonden het daar erg relaxed. Prachtige tuinen met mooie bloemen. Compleet ontbijt, Vietnamees en Westers, leuke ontbijtruimte. Heel aardig personeel overal, achter de receptie, bij de scooterverhuur, in het ontbijtrestaurant en de kamermeisjes. Oh ja en iedere dag yoga van een hele fijne docente. Kortom wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en kunnen dit zeker aanraden.

De 1e dag hebben we in het hotel zelf gegeten. We waren er vroeg en hebben van de zonsondergang genoten. Wat een toplocatie. Helaas vonden we het eten wel wat minder, maar we zijn er maar 1x geweest.

Everything is low rise…unlike tall hotels. And the area feels like a small neighborhood, which is nice for walking and browsing. The landscaping is beautiful and there are walking paths in many directions to get back and forth from the main building with the pool (or get a ride from an electric vehicle). You can take the beach path and find a spot that allows for privacy/separation if needed because their property spreads out. There are many pools for guests attached to the larger buildings, which helps with not being overcrowded at the main pool!

We liked everything on the property as well as having the option to use bicycles or motor scooters to venture off the property. And a 10-15 ride in a taxi can get you to a busy nightlife, shopping area.

Fantastische Anlage mit wunderschönen Pools - ein Meisterwerk! Die Anlage ist relativ neu und sehr gepflegt. Der Strand ist wunderschön und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Stimmung ist sehr ruhig und entspannt, perfekt zum Relaxen. Es hat keine Animateure, die dir auf die Nerven gehen.

Etwas Beachvolleyball wäre toll gewesen. Die Bungalows waren nicht so mein Ding. Es war extrem heiß, und das Außenbad war wegen der Mücken nicht besonders entspannend. Das Moskitonetz am Bett war super!

Minor issues, but lots of rubbish washing up on the beach. The security man spent his whole day picking rubbish. Very hot and sweaty at breakfast. The fans need to be on high given how hot it is in Phu Quoc.

Mycket smakfullt hotell med fin omgivning. Väldigt lungt och skönt utan jetskis och andra leksaker. Fin pool och superbra personal. Helt ok strand som var ren och snygg tack vare städperdonalen. Mycket trevlig frukost och lunch.

Ganska mycket trafik av elbilar som låter en del. Restaurangen på kvällen var lite rörig. Väldigt mycket skräp utanför området.

- sehr grosse Anlage. Wir waren in einem der hintersten Zimmer, da ist man fast auf den Golf Buggy angewiesen - nur lauwarmes Wasser zum Duschen - Scooter werden teurer vermietet als ausserhalb des Hotels

Everything was perfect, from checking in to checking out. The staff were increcdible and very attentive, the food was amazing and the rooms were stunning.

The only thing i would add is that you are unable to read outside as there is no suitable lighting.

Principalement le site, les pieds dans l’eau. L’accueil a été Top, nous avions un Bungalow avec une magnifique piscine à débordement devant la plage, réservée à la chambre. Servis comme des Princes. Toujours aux petits soins. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour merveilleux. Nous recommandons vivement.

Tout était incroyable du début à la fin une navette est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport. Notre arrivée à l’hôtel avec un accueil au top. L’hôtel est incroyablement beau tout en bois de style vietnamien, une piscine à tomber par terre avec beaucoup de décoration tout le long du resort et de la plage et la mer est super chaude, les restaurants de l’hôtel sont tous délicieux, et les employés sont vraiment très gentils et au top.

Juste le Geko les 2 soirs de suite sont venus me dire bonne nuit donc pour ceux qui n’aime pas les bêtes attention😂😂

Wahnsinnig schöner Pool und Hotelanlage. Die Zimmer als Baumhäuser im Jungle wirklich schön, kein unpersönlicher Hotelklotz. Auch bei dem halboffene Bad waren wir erst skeptisch aber am Ende total unbegründet. Der Strand war klein aber sauber.

Leider in unseren Augen keine 5* Resort. Zum Frühstück reinstes Chaos, keine Bedingung am Tisch. Am Strand & am Pool gibt es keine Duschen. Wenig liegen am Strand. Durch die weitläufige Anlage wir von den Angestellten viel mit den Golfcart hin und her gefahren was schlafen nach 7 Uhr fast unmöglich macht.

Loved the beach and the facility. The Staff was very friendly and helpfull in all matters. The quality of the beach was super and pools close by too. Rooms was spacious and with a really good vibe.

It is a very large plot so distance to breakfast was a bit far but also meant it was really relaxing place which we enjoyed more.

I stayed in 4 resorts during my 3 weeks stay in Phu Quoc. I started with a 4* then 3* then 2*. This was my 5* treat that was just a personal disappointment and my worst stay experience on the island. Staff are great and greet you with a smile. Most residents do not, stuck up and snooty. It was the busiest of the resorts, full if people, you have to get up German o'clock to leave a towel on a beach or pool chair, not enough to get round. SPA is 3x going prices and not much different.. Not very exciting vegetarian menu... Food good but not exceptional like I expected.

Perfect location with a hidden bay! We loved the pools very much, did bathing ceremonies every night. Staying there was almost like in the Paradise.

Before our arrival there was some unexplainable problem with charging, that cause several headaches to me.
