We had a great time at Matt's place. The description was perfect. It was well supplied with everything we needed and more. When he says it is right across from one of the pools, he is not stretching that statement. It was great for us with 4 kids in our group. It was a great set up for our us! Thank you Matt!

The condo was perfect for us. We had a large family get together and we no longer all fit in the property my in-laws own. It was nice to stay at a VRBO property where the host provided shampoo, coffee, and condiments. The beds were pretty comfortable as well. It was also nice to have the two living areas. The only reason that I marked the rating from 5-4 was because the deck table and chairs were very, very dusty. Also, the one side of the condo didn't seem to cool nearly as well as the other. I don't know if perhaps thermostats are different. None the less we were a little warm at night on the one side. The Lazy Days property is well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and the playground. We would stay there again.

We will stay here again. Perfect for our needs.

It was clean, beautiful view and big enough for the whole family. Quiet neighborhood and the owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries.

If you are looking for a great condo in Osage beach close to everything this place is awesome ! The condo accommodated our group of 8 adults perfection. The 2 living rooms weee a huge plus as well as 4 steps to your front door and. Trip across the parking lot to pool . Many steps down to the dock so be prepared ..great cove to float in the lake . Only suggestion would be blackout curtains in all 4 bedrooms and a new fridge ..freezer worked great the fridge sis not stay very cold ..glad we had 4 coolers . Matt was amazing with everything and answers all questions . Highly recommend ! We had a blast!

The "Lazy Eight" worked out great for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect. We'll definitely keep this in mind the next time we are in the Ozarks.

Had a wonderful weekend with our family at this beautiful condo. It was very well-stocked. All we needed was our food and drinks. How great to have only 3 steps to carry belongings into the condo. Furniture and beds were comfortable and we could fit comfortably around the large table for eating meals and playing games. The view of the state park from the deck and the quiet cove were very enjoyable. The pool, parking, the dumpster, and shopping were all very convenient. We hope to visit Lazy Eight again.

We were pleasantly surprised that the unit had 2 living rooms and a spacious dining room. The kitchen was very well equipped. The 2 pools and 2 playgrounds were thoroughly enjoyed. It was nice to have all 4 bedrooms and the living areas all on the same floor. I definitely would recommend this unit to friends and family.

Condo suited our family of 8, ranging from 9-40yrs old. Complex was family oriented, perfectly located in front of one of the pools. Quiet location for families!

The condo was very well equipped. The location across of the playground and pool were perfect for us with little ones.

We had a great week! The property was very nice, easy to access and close to the boat dock, boat launch, pool and ice! Owners were very friendly, responded quickly and very accommodating!

Great location right on the lake. We grilled on the deck every night and enjoyed the pool. Hit the strip a couple times and rented a boat one day. The condo had everything we needed.

Great location. Close to the pool, boat dock, short boat ride to the beach or deep coves for skiing/tubing. Large living area for our group of 7 to enjoy comfortably!

We had such a great stay at this condo for our little family reunion! The location was right on the lake in a quiet cove. We caught nice size fish from the dock!. The condo is quiet, comfortable and had ample room for our group of 10 - ages 1 1/2 to 60ish. The little ones loved the pool although it was quite cold for the adults (as it just opened for Memorial Day). The playgrounds were enjoyed and all of the grounds were clean and welcoming. We liked that it is a gated community and very quiet. We had plenty of room to spread out and lots of towels and linens available. We could have used a few larger pots (pasta) or serving bowls- but other than that, this condo is well stocked. All residents and guests were very friendly and Matt was very responsive to our questions/requests. We rented a pontoon boat from Dirty Ducks which worked perfect for us as it was only about 15 min away by water. We could easily bring the baby back for a nap and to use facilities, etc. The view is serene and calming from the deck - be prepared for the approx. 50 steps to the dock (just try to remember everything you need before you go down there). They had lots of games and books available and our 5 & 7 year old grandsons enjoyed learning how to play Battleship. We will definitely keep this on our list when booking future trips to the lake.

The double unit size of this condo is great for families. Everything being on one level also worked great for us with an infant just starting to walk! The location of the condo was centrally located for getting to entertainment venues close by. Road were great. Would definately visit again.

I regret getting that one

The property was beautiful, so was the lake view. The location is fantastic, and it's the best rental experience I've had on VRBO. I plan on staying at this location every time I visit The Lake of the Ozarks. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this property and it's owners. Brian J
