The location was great, room was good and the breakfast was great. We only spent one day there but really enjoyed our time.

L’emplacement central pour visiter le Lac de Côme , hôtel juste a côté de l’embarcadère . Personnel disponible et souriant. Excellent buffet au petit déjeuner.

Beautiful quaint , quirky hotel, very friendly staff. Lovely outdoor space. Right outside the boat taxi. Spectacular view from hotel.

Great location near the dock. walkable to Villa balbianello. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Restaurant was delicious as was the on-site breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Great service, clean, good hotel restaurant though a bit pricy. Rooms are spaceful, clean and well furnished. Breakfast ok and very nice freshly squeezed orange juice
Small minus about quite hard matresses in the beds. Not very good connections to f.e Como, but that is not the hotels fault. Would have prefferred more vegetables for breakfst f.e cucumber and lettuce etc.; bacons too fetty.

The location is perfect — a beautiful view, near to a few restaurants/bars, but still peaceful. The ferry stop outside the hotel makes it easy to reach Bellagio and Como. The hotel is traditionally beautiful from the outside, yet modern and comfy inside. The parking garage is convenient and safe. The restaurant was tasty with creative dishes and very friendly staff.
The room was basic and not as modern or chic as the common areas of the hotel. The bed was comfy, but the sofa and desk chair were not. The room was not well soundproofed so we were woken up very early to the sound of suitcases being wheeled past the room. The breakfast was ok, not a big variety.

Location was excellent, right next to the ferry port. The room views were amazing!! We got a free upgrade and couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience :)

We had booked nearly 3 years ago before Covid so it was great to make it finally. The hotel is most comfortable and welcoming. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable and the lake views were magnificent. Breakfast was buffet style and was very good. Dinner on the one evening we ate in the hotel was also very good indeed as was the service.
