Very nice apartment to stay with a private parking and pool. I couldn’t find a place smaller for me and my wife so booked this place - it was huge for us two - but it would be a great deal for groups of 4-6 people. Has fully equipped large kitchen and lovely views from all 3 balconies. 5-8 minutes walk to the boat dock that can take you anywhere on the shore by boat and ferry service. Lovely restaurants around the dock area and a good pizza place to TAKEAWAY close to the villa ( called Ranch ). Overall it was great except its too big for 2 people 😁.

All great besides I’ve never seen so many light switches 🤦🏼‍♂️, literally every room had 2 or 3 of the 6 piece switches and it took time to turn on the actual light you need in a room 😁

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche du lac. Il est propre et la climatisation ainsi que la place de parking sont très appréciables. Il est très bien équipé ( sauf machine à café)! Très bon accueil !

La douche est à refaire car les joints se décomposent

All. Dirty everywhere. Mold in the shower and on the wall in the living room. Dirty dishes, dirty windows, dirty fridge. Broken wardrobe. Broken window blind. Old furniture. We should have reported it to booking, but we didn't want to waste time, which was not enough. We do not recommend.

it is good for the families with kids. 3 bedrooms is hard to find.

furniture and equipment are not in very good state. it is not pleasant to sit in the old couch or use old wooden cooking spoon. check in was difficult. pool with no sun beds, 2nd floor without elevator..

Comfortable clean apartment, very homely, with great views and facilities. Excellent location for exploring Lake Como, doing boats tours, canoeing and walking. The supermarket was 5 mins walk way, as was the lake shore with a great walk to lovely restaurants and bars. The pool was a bonus

The view from the two terraces was amazing and the apartment was in a quiet and very nice neighborhood. It was perfect for a family of six like us😊 Kitchen was fine and ok equipped. Pool was great and clean.

The electricity went off two times during our stay and we had to call for help. Our staff person was quick in answering our calls and very helpful though. We only had AC in two of the three bedrooms, which meant that two of us had to sleep on the couch in the living room where there were AC as well. It worked out ok, but it would have been nice to have been informed about it beforehand.

it was very quiet, the pool was wonderful. great neighbors, everyone was very friendly. great location to be able to explore lake como. A/C in three of the four rooms kept the apartment very comfortable! great views from our balcony! well equipped kitchen!
