Room in front of a family room, kids were running along the corridors as a playground causing a lot of noise in the evening.

This hotel is very close to restaurants, shopping and cafes. Was a cute and comfortable room. Customer service was excellent. Will stay there again!

The air conditioner was very loud, but we were ok without it.

The room was clean. The receptionist on my 2nd day was friendly.

The extremely rude receptionist when checking in. When I arrived, I told him I would like to check-in. He kept saying "we're full" although I had made a reservation weeks ago! After a little argument, he found my reservation. The room was noisy - I could hear the traffic from the street all night so I had a pretty lousy sleep. Luckily I was able to change rooms after the first night but again I was woken up in the middle of the night by drunk people in the hallway and police investigating a possible rape in the room opposite mine. Also, I wish they had other milk options such as almond or oat at breakfast.

I booked for one person but was allowed to stay in 2. Super grateful for this exception!

Overprice, charmless, the manager is not willing to attend any claim from the guests or offer a solution. Even on the website they claim they have AC, they haven’t. They only have an old, useless and super noisy machine.The only positive thing is they are pet friendly.
