The location

Beds were too short Staff was borderline rude While doing the check out they "accused us" of having opened a little bottle of water form the minibar. We had not touched the drinks from the minibar but we had to paid for it.

Location was good right across from the ski slopes and near the lift. Staff was friendly and helpful.

For a bare bones apart hotel stay this place is ok. However the price was comparable to much nicer accommodations in the area. The people in the main hotel were rude, no recreation areas were free to guests of the apart hotel (pool, sauna, etc.), the restaurant is dark and uninviting, there is no lobby or common areas to get out of the very small 'apartments' which are only one wall difference from the studios. The couch in the seating area where I slept was super hard and uncomfortable, I asked for an extra bed cover and was given something which was not proper bedding. There was also no spaces to park in the parking lot and the cars were on top of one another blocking each other. I would not stay there again given the variety available in Borovets for the same price.

Breakfast and dinner nice selection but had to get in early for everything as there wasn’t any replenishment of the good stuff.

Apartment doesnt have a central heating!they bring us only 2radiators!For this money per night-they should have heating not radiators!!!!its 21st centry

you couldn't ask for a better location. 40 metres from the slopes it's as close to "ski in ski out" as you can get at this resort.

Good location. It was the second time we stayed here, but a lot more expensive this time!

We have booked this room (Deluxe Family Studio) for 3 days and another one (One-Bedroom Apartment) for the next 2 days because this were the only options available. The Deluxe Family Studio was 308 EUR/night half board for 2 people for that is a very low value for the money in my opinion. The room was OK, with the exact same furniture but smaller than the One-Bedroom apartment of course, and the only "deluxe" thing was that it has slippers and bathrobe! This does not worth in my opinion 100EUR extra per night!

signs of bad maintenainamce of the rooms (patched holes in the door, holes near the heating pipes in the ceiling, missing small parts of ceiling in the restaurant, small broken floor tiles). these were nothing to bother functionally, just visual things which if fixed could improve the look of a proper quality property. I decided to write the issues because the place is great and these minor things are anoying and they can be fixed easily.

Breakfast and proximity to slopes / town

We have a large family of small children and booked two rooms as a result. However they put our rooms in separate buildings which made logistics extremely difficult with 3 young children. Hardly spent any quality time with my wife as a result.

The hotel is very close to the ski slopes.

Uncomfortable beds, ruined/poor quality furniture, destroyed laminate, monotonous food, every day the same food.

Room was warm. Location is very good, walking distance from the chair lift.

Service was very poor. No parking spots, there is a person at the parking to "help" guests, who cannot do anything basically because parking is very limited. But also was not willing to cooperate or be nice. We asked in advance for a double bed, they were two single beds. When we asked at the reception if something can be done, they just shrugged and said - you pull the beds together. In the morning we were in a hurry to check out so that we can ski, all was paid online in advance, but the man at the reception did not know how to verify it in their system and we had to wait and wait... Breakfast was not good, food was of poor quality, e.g. cheapest kind of ham or cheese. Room and common premises were not very clean.
