Am avut o vacantă minunată petrecută aici. Totul îngrijit si curat inclusiv curtea exterioara , hotelul dar si camera , totul la linie si curat. Personalul deosebit , ne-au ajutat cu ce am avut nevoie si au fost foarte atenți cu noi. Mâncarea proaspătă si buna atât la micul dejun cat si la restaurant seara . Pisicuțele sunt deosebite si felicitări pentru grija lor. Vom reveni cu drag si cu fiecare ocazie atunci când vom vizita orașul Brasov. Felicitări pentru întreținerea hotelului dar si pentru ospitalitatea de care ați dat dovada ❤️

We’ve been here twice before. Good pool and staff.

Hotel staff poor. Air conditioner not working on our first night. Reception apologised and said they would attend to it the next day - nothing happened. The restaurant was closed the first night due to a function - ok they informed us and we eat by the pool. We went down at 7:30 pm the next night - no one there. Eventually someone cane from reception after we telephoned - restaurant closed. Pool bar closed. No reason - no apology - why didn’t they inform us before? Couldn’t even get a drink. This is not a hotel! Wouldn’t even call a taxi for us to go into town - had to do that ourselves. And to think we went back to the hotel for the third time because of the good food and service!!

Everything was top service,great staff ,especially reception very professional and always willing to help. Great food .Would certainly recommend and we will return .Thank you for a memorable holiday .

Breakfast was exceptional. Staff prepared a mini-cake for my wife birthday despite I did not requested. Very kind of them.....

The entrance is not good light!!! But the hotel is very beautiful and the teras is big and comfortable.
