Everything we needed was supplied
A minor thing thing the light that came through the door panel it would be better if it was covered, I realise we do like a dark bedroom.

We loved it. Decor, cleanliness, comfort. Washing machine and dryer a bonus
Kitchen was a bit cramped- drainer, hot plate. Hot plate tho was super quick.

Comfortable room with comfy chairs, bed and facilities were excellent. Very private even though owner lived on site. Good parking.
If being particular, maybe the outdoor seating could be improved as slightly worn.

The property was very clean and had a wide range of facilities.
It was good to have a secure parking area but to make best use of it required reversing down the neighbours drive or undertaking a three point turn in the drive, not easy with a larger vehicle.
The free property wi-fi was intermittent during our stay, but usable.

The view of the sea was amazing! The bed was really comfortable, it was really clean and tidy, the kitchen was very cute and had everything you needed. The washing machine and dryer is a great idea came in very handy.

Great location and lovely look out. The guest house is well appointed with everything you need and bed was comfortable. Our host was friendly, very helpful and the communication was great.

Lovely host, really well set out studio apartment with a great seating area with view of the ocean.
There was no soundproofing in ceiling as at 10:45pm both nights I could hear the house owners walking around and a loud sound of water in pipes.

Modern, warm, sunny unit with a beautiful outlook across the bay. Unit is close to Tahunanui Beach to access bike trail, a walk along the beach or cafe/restaurants. We felt right at home, thank you.

The property was set in a peaceful location up on the hills of Nelson overlooking the coast. The room was clean and had all the amenities you’d need for a short stay. The bed was super comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and came and said goodbye as we left! Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

The location is quiet, picture perfect and very relaxing

Very nice view over Tasman Bay from a sunny little corner. Although attached to the main house the studio feels quite private. We enjoy walking so for us the location was excellent as it is no more than 10 minutes walk from the beach and local shops via path and steps down the hillside and a nicely graded walk back up via the road through a mature, well treed area. Although a small space the unit is very well thought out and well equipped including a washing machine and dryer.
The hostess was very welcoming, the attention to detail was much appreciated and the price is great value for money.
Found the mattress a little firm (perhaps our age is showing!). A topper pad would help.
