The apartment on arrival looks stunning, clean and crisp, very clean, fresh & relaxing ambiance the apartment is modern looking and cozy, which created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious and very clean, with all of the amenities we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. staff are extremely polite and helpful The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, The level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail was truly exceptional. will deffo be booking again soon.😌

Perfect location, apartment was 10/10, Everything was of top standard, nothing too much trouble, the decor was lovely, clean and well maintained stayed at this apartment for one night, v high quality service and attention to detail. the room was comfortable and immaculate. booked for the room with the balcony and paid extra specifically for this, but when we arrived it was apparent there were no rooms with balconies. the photos are made to look luxurious but are in fact fairly unclean, done to a below average standard and the building it’s self is highly unclean and foul smelling.

My second stay and another pleasant experience, had a great nights sleep in a super cosy bed and so peaceful. Loved the decor, ambiance and comfort. I highly recommend 👌🏾

Had a bit of a mishap with the WiFi connection but was perfectly fine once it reconnected, there was a stain on the bath towel

stayed here a few times now the owners are extremely friendly and welcoming well worth the money.

ON ENTERING THE PROPERTY OFF THE STREET TO THE LIFT WAS DIRTY. ONCE OUT OF LIFT NOT VERY NICE SMELL. NOT THE BEST START WALKING TO THE ROOM. ONCE IN PROPERTY VERY DISAPPOINTED NOT VERY CLEAN AND THE SMELL OF WEED WAS OVERPOWERING. LOOKED REALLY NICE ON BOOKING .COM PICS. BUT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AS IT WASN'T TO THE STANDARD IT LOOKED FOR THE PRICE WE PAID. ON A PLUS,TV'S WERE GOOD AND BATHROOM WAS CLEAN. LOUNGE WANTS A GOOD PAINT.

It’s a diamond in the rough, the public hallway had an unpleasant smell and elevator was hideous. I was afraid it was going to break down, it looked like the aftermath of a war. Understandably the host has no control of that, however the apartment wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. There were crumbs left on the sofa and stool, dust on the radiators and toilet roll holder, water marks on the bathroom mirror and large hand prints on the bedroom mirrors. The TV in the jacuzzi was difficult to navigate so I was unable to enjoy and the TV screen in the bedroom wasn’t visible so I had to fiddle with the picture settings to fix it. My purpose of the stay was to unwind and relax, I didn’t enjoy having to clean and amend things. But overall it was a nice experience

Nice location and convinient

The jet bath jacuzzi kept bursting and water went everywhere - there was no bathrobes, the ceiling and doors don't look very professional and and need changing, overall was a comfy apartment would probably come back if I need to in the future. But just small jobs need sorting like ceiling doors etc and also bathroom lock did not work

The property is exceptionally well furnished. The person who met me with the keys was polite and helpful.

I received email prior to travel offering me to cancel free. I did not wish to cancel and confirmed. My original room was cancelled on the day by the supplier. The reason the first person gave was an emergency maintenance mishap. The person who let me into the replacement room was honest and told me they had double booked. - I imagine for more money. I had no choice but to accept as I needed somewhere to stay. The replacement room, despite having good facilities, smelt of cigarettes. I am a non smoker who has had a TIA. The bedroom where I had to sleep and lounge smelt of cigarettes.

The property was fantastic. Very clean, was gobsmacked the second I walked in. It was truly beautiful and amazing. Could not get enough of the jacuzzi bath tub. The fact there’s a built in tv whilst I was in the bath relaxing made it so much more comfortable, couldn’t get out. If it were up to me I’d have slept in there. The bedroom super cosy and bed was comfortable. Tv in the bedroom was a brilliant addition, honestly felt like home. Even the living room was great, the fact that the windows could fully open to get a fresh breeze of air in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. I WILL BE BACK FOR SURE.

Not too long ago my partner Gulzareen Booked this apartment as a little getaway, we both really enjoyed the stay and the host was really helpful, kind and made the experience very easy. So as a birthday surprise to my partner. i decided to book the Opulence for a lovely stay again!
