Room was lovely, spacious and exactly what we needed
When booking I got asked if I needed a cot I said yes for my one year old, after checking in and getting to my room there wasn’t one so I rang up and requested one to be sort which replied with we do t have one, so little man had to sleep in bed with us for the first time over night we slept a total of 2 hours, if I knew there wasn’t gonna be one I wouldn’t have booked so if you have a little one don’t book here

Bed was comfy, good space and good location for the arena!
Some areas of the apartment such as the kitchen cupboards were very dirty and some update in the bathroom for cracked tiling/toilet. Parking was a bit of a nightmare as There was no spaces underground left. Otherwise stay was good :)

The most appalling place I’ve ever stayed in, the host was rude, the management was horrendous I had to wait 1 hour 45 to even enter the properly as no one sent us a code to get in our first room we got put into was absolutely nothing like the picture of the room I booked, and it smelt very badly of sweat it was very dirty and a lot of things was damaged so we moved to another room again nothing like the one we booked slightly better but no way near what we expected and when we spoke to the host on the phone he was rude and tried to make out we was lying I’ve also still not received my deposit back after almost 4 days of leaving the property. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all I am hoping to receive a full refund on my stay here as I was utterly disappointed !

Nothing. Crap place with hyped prices.
Small, unclean, shabby and water leaks all over. At 3.00 am the room was flooded and j was asked sleep on the floor by the host. Absolutely disgusting hosg who was cheeky and a fraud.

Furniture needs some TLC, double bed one side up against the wall.
Noise from upstairs heavy footed, sound like moving furniture late into the night, view out back window rundown.

Cold room, with very small, difficult to use heater.
Street lighting outside left room bright at night, along with the lights from wall-mounted gadgets.
Doors slam.
Very expensive for the quality.

The room was spacious and comfortable
Poor customer service. I picked the only key in the key box assuming it mine. Went to the room assigned. Which was filthy. I was latter blamed for by the customer service agent for taking the only key in the box and was threatened to pay calling fees.
On no the day of departure no instruction on how to return the key.
The customer service wasn’t available when called for instructions.

Nice apartments and clean, everything worked as should
Unfortunately room was freezing cold and heater was working but didn't warm the room at all.

Very comfortable. Great layout. Good quality toiletries bayliss and harding. Immaculately clean. Very responsive to messages and calls. Lovely and cosy heating was on in advance and it was toasty an abundance of tea coffee and sugar. Great crockery and pans etc and very functional kitchen. Separate dining table n chairs. Shower was fab and an abundance of hot water. I travelled with my teenage son and we had a very welcoming comfortable stay. Id definitely recommend this place.
I booked this 20 minutes before i arrived and host responded immediately and jumped into action to ensure heating was on for arrival.
Superb service and communication!
Would have loved a sofa bed to sleep separately from son although i may not have been clear on my booking so that may be my fault.

needs a lot of updating . the tv is in the most silly place and to high .. the door to the cupboard in living area is hanging off and the kick board near the shower need sealing back on . the sofa needs updating

We did not have hot water in the shower.
The heater switch was out from the wall ( was dangerous). The bathroom wall bit broken behind the door. The windows handle was broken when we arrive there. The milk in the fridge was end of the date 25.09.2022 and 29.01.2023. so one of them 5 months ago was ended. We complained about the noise from upstairs but nothing happened. All days what we spend there we could not sleep. Asked another room but we did not get one. So we definitely do not recommend this place to spend there any minutes.

great location, walked into city center, self contained apartment, like being at home, price was sensible. Smart TV
Dusty , starting to look worn and tired in places. Lock box for keys isn't intuitive. Took several attempts to unlock it! door closer on apartment is violent. quite small.

I like the welcoming, the communication between customer is woooow even before the check-in I was just surprised about their perfect way to communicate with customers. the lady on the phone was so kind and genuine when explaining about online check-in
