Great condo in a wonderful location with plenty of room to sleep. Loved the location near bike/walking trails for dogs and people! Close to town and very easy check in/check out and communication A+

My family and I stayed at Rose’s home for 6 days. It was lovely and comfortable and we didn’t want to leave!

My husband and I had a relaxing stay at this condo in downtown Ketchum, Idaho. It even had air conditioning which came in handy a few nights. The owner communicated with us quickly about any questions we had. It appeared exactly as in the photos. Highly reccommend!!!

Highly recommend! Rose is the best host and her condo is absolutely perfect! Just as described, very clean, photos are very accurate. Great location to everything in town.

Nice property, close to River Run, close to town, and the walking path. Solid surface floors in all common areas were great and perfect for pets. Private garage and plenty of space between rooms to spread out, primary suite is private. A few small housekeeping items that were resolved quickly by the owner. It can get warm upstairs in the winter with the heating system but opening the windows helped. Overall a great value for the location and size of the unit.

A beautifully furnished home awash in sun all day long snug against Baldy. Each morning we relished our short walk to River Run along the Big Wood past grazing deer and moose. Rose was an excellent and accommodating host. We had a magical time.

Our family stayed here over New Years and had a wonderful stay. The condo is in a great location for skiing and getting into town for dinner and shopping. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Rose was incredibly helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Fabulously outfitted and very clean, this condo has all that you need! Rose is gracious host and we felt right at home for a family vacation in ketchum. Descriptions and pictures are very accurate and communication was fast and easy. We will definitely return!

My family and I have been going to Ketchum/Sun Valley for as long as I can remember. Sadly, our time-share unit was sold a few years back. Luckily, vrbo's afford us the opportunity to continue the tradition. Rose's place was just what we needed. Beautiful, convenient location in quiet neighborhood near trails, parks, and town. It was roomy with all the necessities. We appreciated opportunity to use the bikes made available and rested comfortably at night (the master bed was divine!) Always nice to have a place that works for my parents, my kids, and of course, the dogs. The place was clean and you couldn't even tell pets had been present. Our dogs are hypoallergenic breeds so sometimes places have obvious evidence of the pets that have been there before, but not this place. Rose was immediately and continually responsive, ready to offer a warm welcome, answer any questions, and check in to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The neighbors were also friendly and inviting. Just an added bonus to an cozy home tucked in beautiful mountain scenery. We will definitely be back! It's so nice to know we have a place that will work well for us. I'm sure others will feel the same.
