Great breakfast. Big choose. Also resturant with good food.

Both main rooms equiped with aircondition unit, but there were not remote control avaiable to start.

OK value for money. Big parking-lot and free parking.

Was logged out of the WIFI all the time and had to enter user-id and password every time. Very frustrating. And no WIFI in the bar. Stayed 5 nights, had to ask for new towels after 3 days. No cleaning.

Extremely happy People working at the hotel! Air condition was exc, dinner was exc and this place is very dog friendly.

The beds were small twin beds and we are a married couple. The sink was clogged. The room was very noisy with the stairs right next door. The blankets were tiny and the beds uncomfortable. The breakfast was standard. Another very negative point was having tiny curtains on the windows and not window blinds leaving all the light to come into the room, woke us up at 4am.

The room was big and has the basic ammenities. It was clean.

Great staff, incredible hospitality - we stayed for 1 night but everything was 10 out of 10 (including free saunas). Liked the last floor! Absolutely recommended!

The staff was nice, and the room is ok. Water boiler was in the room, with instant coffee and tea.

The breakfast time is between 5:30 and 8:00, which was causeless, and no information about it on the keycard. Therefore I missed the breakfast. The light was weak in the bathroom, and strong smoking smell was there. To get into the parking is a little bit involved.

Very nice hotel near Niepołomice city center, with sauna, quiet and comfortable.

Lack of electric sockets next to bed. No vanity kit. No sewing kit. Just bulk shampoo and soap. Lack of body lotion. Not good black-out curtains.
