La piscina lo único bueno.

Para empezar, llegamos a la hora del check-in y nos hicieron esperar dos horas para entrar a la habitacion porque todavía no la tenían “limpia”. Después de la espera nos hicieron volver a nuestra casa a por los DNI, así que 4 horas de viaje y de gasolina gastados innecesariamente (ya que nos decían que no nos devolvían el dinero) y aún y teniendo fotografía del DNI la señora de recepción (más antipática no podia ser) nos dijo que o volviamos a por el DNI o perdíamos el dinero completamente, finalmente ya que teníamos dos noches pagadas decidimos volver a por los DNI. 6 horas más tarde, conseguimos entrar a la habitación para encontrar pelos en la bañera, en el suelo del baño y habitación, en las sábanas y encima manchadas (las toallas más de lo mismo), y no os lo perdáis, hormigas!!!!! Y por no hablar del aire acondicionado que parece que en cualquier momento va a explotar, TV enana, muebles anticuados,… En fin, tanto como el trato al cliente horrible, como de limpieza (básicamente no limpian nada bien ni la habitación ni las toallas ni sábanas ni absolutamente nada), como las instalaciones (hay noches que si hay cena y otras que no), en fin fatal organización, fatal todo. Finalmente cabe recalcar el desayuno supuestamente buffet, zumos de cartón del malo, pan congelado,… No vale nada la pena por su precio. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA NO REPETIREMOS NI RECOMENDAMOS!!!!!

The hotel was located close to the hotel and as we were arriving late it was simply a jumping off point for the rest of our holiday. We wanted something cheap as we did not expect to spent much time there. The bar was open for us, and very cheap. The staff were excellent.

The breakfast was quite basic but enough for us to get on our way. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but we were not to surprised at that.

Breakfast was bad. There was only package and frozen food. Disgusting

Room was stinking, shower was broken, lot of stains in the toilet. Bed was hard and not comfortable.

Staff were really helpful.

Our room was on the front and suffered from road noise. We were there a little early and the pool was not open.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Nice breakfast, good location to travel with car to Seville, solid price for Seville.

Great location if you have a car. Clean, courteous, pretty much everything you want in a hotel of this caliber. Some nice restaurants are nearby that are worth a visit.

The walls are a bit thin; you can hear your neighbors pretty well especially if they're snoring :-). The door to outside squeaked like crazy every time I opened it (and my neighbors' did as well), so if you go onto a balcony often, bring a can of WD-40 to keep from annoying your neighbors. They also lock the gate to the parking lot at around midnight, which was a bit inconvenient when returning from a New Year's event. You have to call and wait for someone to walk out to unlock it. Seems like a bit of security overkill as the area seems okay.
