This is a lovely hotel with excellent location, but I thought the best thing was the extremely helpful and cheerful staff, from the front desk to the coffee shop/restaurant - they were so kind and welcoming!!!!!

I loved this hotel! The room was super large with two windows looking out to a great view of the city and water! Beds were comfy and we both slept very well. The aircon wasn't noisy at all.

The western breakfast selection wasn't great, but they did have scrambled eggs and yoghurt and some fruit, and it was well priced, so can't complain!!

Good location, friendly staff, you can take bicycle to your room (elevator is spacy), very convenient to pack/unpack for the Shimanami Kaido

Great location which is very close to Onomichi Station, and large room with nice view towards Mukaishima Island.

We didn't get our Japanese breakfast set on the second day because apparently their staff has wrongly inputted it into the system, it's written 和食/Japanese on our breakfast ticket but the kitchen staff received 洋食/Western order. As a result, neither the Japanese or Western breakfast set were served to us on the second day. Well the breakfast buffet foods were enough and delicious, but we kind of disappointed that we didn't get our breakfast set we've paid for.

The location was perfect (close to the station and over the road from the waterfront), the reception staff excellent, the room tiptop, bed comfortable, bathroom just right, views not bad and atmosphere spot on.

Bean pillows are not meant for everyone. A regular foam pillow would b a nice option.

Stayed here to do the Shimonami Kaido and the location was great! Just a few minutes walk from the station and a few minutes walk to the bike rental. They also have bike storage and a bike pump at the front of the hotel, if you was bringing your own. The hotel was clean and spacious for Japan. The photos were accurate so we knew what to expect.

Cannot fault this hotel really, so nothing negative to write.

Lovely views across the water and conveniently located by the station, I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were attractively furnished and the whole hotel had a great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I spoke with them. Highly recommend.
