Location was perfect

Stayed as a single, and I only got 1 room key. The problem was, I needed 1 key to put on the wall to turn on lights, AC, etc. But when I leave to sightsee, I have to take that 1 key out, obviously because when I come back to room, I need the 1 key to get in the room. The problem is that if we take off the key out of the wall, it will turn off everything! Being the summer, the room becomes hot and humid w/o the AC. So it was uncomfortable.

Very small breakfast offered (coffee and bread), and a laundry with included detergent.

The hotel is dirty: the carpet are stained, there was a hole in the wall, and stains on the wall. It needs intense refurbishing and cleaning, I do not recommend this hotel.

Free small take-away breakfast is nice, location is amazing but rooms are very small.

I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast - muffins and pastries and a cup of coffee to finish it off!

The location was the best. It's a short walk across the road to a seemingly quiet but actually busy street of restaurants at night. It was easy to get around, and a few bus stops away from the memorial park and museum. Basic amenities all settled. Would've liked more hanger spaces, overall a nice and clean place to rest after a day's travel :)

The beds could've been made more comfortable - they were too soft - and the hotel corridor is quite dark.

We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel on arrival to the city and before check in as we were quite early. Well communicated with Hiroshima station and other parts of the city by tram, there’s quite a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Room felt a bit more spacious than the room in other hotels we stayed in Japan.

The floor in the common areas/lift was quite dirty. There was no tea available in the room and the tray with the sugar and milk hadn’t been filled up in our room so only one of us could have a hot drink. We went to ask to reception and were told there wasn’t anything they could give us, but we think they didn’t understand us.

Walked across the road into a very seedy area. Also carpets throught were old and stained and the room had not been vacuumed for some time! A bit far from the station, we had to get a taxi.

Room was tiny- which is something usual to Japan. So I recommend it for shorter stay

it was walking distance to several of the keys sites.

The property was fine. I think they could have told me that there is a covered walking shopping area that could have been used to walk towards the Abomb dome. it was cold and sprinkling all day. I did not realize that till later in the evening when I went to look for some food.

Location was ideal near a lot of restaurants, near to the station and near to the peace park. Great showers and the two pillows each were amazing.

We couldn't quite get our clothes dry in the laundry area even after an hour and a half, but not too much of a problem really.

The hotel is stylish and easily accessed. Reception staff are very friendly and the free coffee and breakfast in the morning was great value for money. The room is stylish and has nice decor, with good accent lighting around the bed for a relaxing mood.

The walls are fairly thin and so I could hear other guests when trying to sleep, the hallway carpet on level 13 is fairly worn near the lift area and the room is small, so there is no room to put luggage on a desk or table, however for the compact space they make great use of what there is and as a solo traveller, it wasn't much of an issue. I feel bad for complaining about anything at the good prices they offer!
