Rather disapppointed as in the description it stated there should be a dvd player and stereo and it had neither. Also carpet as you entered the carvan was filthy and the sofa was also dirty.

Nice clean airy property. Good shower. We would both like rent this property again in the future.

The caravan itself was quite cosy and warm, although I had to clean before I put my things in the kitchen, the seating area was very uncomfortable, i sat at the dining table when I was in the caravan, 2 of the chairs collapsed whilst we were sitting on them, my husband is in his 70s and he ended up with backache from the bed, i hardly slept all week because the bed was so uncomfortable, the nib on the bathroom door is faulty and my husband had to unlock it from the outside of the door, when we left (and we left a day early, couldn't wait to get back in my own bed),we wanted to make it tidy so the cleaners didn't have to do much, but the hoover wasn't working the pipe that goes in the suction bit of the hoover was broke so we couldn't hoover very well, My husband lost his necklace, gold with a T on it (not your fault obviously) in the caravan but no1 has contacted us to say they have found it, so probably never see it again, so All in all it wasn't a very nice stay we both ended up being poorly by the end of the week, hence why we came home early, i cannot recommend it to anyone,

Fine, once we got in safely. Access steps broken and dangerous!! Maintenance man on site was brilliant and arranged a safe fix quickly but the situation should not have arisen.

Kensington a very nice area in Manor Park, but a long walk to Hunstanton town centre. The property was ok, but needed new carpets and sofa needed cleaning or replacing.

Had a good time. We are 70+ in age. It had everything we needed. The only thing that let it down was the bad condition of the sofas. Very worn with age and not clean. Didn’t like sitting on them, I wish there was a blanket to sit on

Had a great time in this property, was spotless and very good communication with the owner.

Couldn't fault the property. Toasty warm, powerful shower, well equipped kitchen & comfy beds & lounge. The campsite is kept immaculate & considering it was a busy weekend was lovely & peaceful. Owners were very on the ball with communicating. Would happily recommend to friends & family.

Booking communication very good. Check in easy. Lovely caravan, just as described. Nice quiet park,loved the ducks! Very relaxing weekend-just what we wanted! Will definitely come back!

The site was immaculate, quiet, well presented and cannot be faulted in anyway. The only problem we found was in the statement that the van had been deep cleaned, I am sorry to say the cleaners idea of deep clean is different from ours, children's dirty finger marks on doors, smears on the glass table top and dust on the curtain pelmits which it appeared to have been there a long time and the wardrobe doors were dirty. So generally gruby.

Very peacefull site is emaculate we are returning later in the year property is well maintained the owners should be very proud of how they present it there are not many properties that dont allow dogs wich is great if you have a fur allegy .

The caravan was nice ,apart from the seating was very uncomfortable and also the Nr was very poor ,both of us came away with bad back pains ,would try to avoid this van again.Also the inter net was rubbish paid for it to over 4devices and didn’t get anything ,still trying to get a refund .

Lovely caravan had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend to others and use again. Thank you for a great holiday experience.
