Excellent stay loved the location The house was perfect for our needs

Stayed with family at this VRBO while in town for our sons surprise engagement. Place was perfect for the 5 of us. Great location, great patio with fire pit. Road bikes to the pier , the park and State St. Perfect spot!

This home is beautiful and the neighborhood is very quiet. Directions to the beach were perfect. Great location.

Perfect accommodations for our family of four. Plenty of space and the amenities and decor were lovely and inviting. The house was spotless and the outdoor spaces for lounging and dining were fully stocked for comfort and enjoyment. It had everything we needed and more with the bonus of being close to shopping, restaurants and gorgeous views!

Great place for 3 couples for the weekend. Clean, fire pit great, close to beach. Recommend shoreline cafe for great meal on the beach. All the amenities like shampoos etc coffee supplied. Definitely recommend

There were 6 of us and we had a very nice stay.

Great location, cozy house with 3 full baths which came in handy. I loved everything about this place except the neighbors were a bit noisy at night. We had to use earplugs.

Very nicely renovated, plenty of room, and great location near the beach. We appreciated all the amenities like hot tub, fire pit, beach chairs/umbrellas, and bikes. Really lovely home and we would definitely come back again!

My family and I made a stop in Santa Barbara for a few days before heading to LA for Thanksgiving. We had a great time. The house came as described, crisp and clean, and worked out very well for our visit. The short walk to the beach was ideal. I would recommend this adorable house to anyone looking to unwind and relax.

We had a fabulous stay!! The location was perfect. We loved the easy stroll to the beach and Shoreline (delicious casual food restaurant right on the sand) and easy access to other restaurants by bike. The house was lovely, newly remodeled, spotless and it was amazing to have three bathrooms for our family. We also loved being able to enjoy the sparkling clean hot tub, outdoor space, and the bike cruisers. The best part was our host, Easton. He went out of his way to make our stay great!! Being a bit technologically challenged, he was so patient in walking us thru connecting to our favorite sites on the TV. And then when we realized after leaving, we forgot our computers he had them packed and mailed to us in less than an hour. Just above and beyond all around. Thank you!!!

Pros: Location, clean, new construction Cons: Unprofessional/inexperienced management who will contact you after-hours (phone and text) on separate days about bogus complaints from neighbors; complaining neighbors who will contact the host repeatedly regarding the noise that they hear from adjacent properties and mistakenly attribute to his property (btw, welcome to a college town!); noise from adjacent properties that will keep you awake (numerous earplugs were provided by the host); safety - both exterior doors were damaged and difficult to use (easy for break-ins!), no fire extinguisher or first aid kit inside home!; kitchen - refrigerator and freezer new but not properly functional, bring your own cooking supplies because it's poorly stocked for cooking (no foil, no wrap, a few packets of sugar, no spices, no oils, no food storage, no mixing bowls, limited serving dishes), lack of kitchen garbage bags; bath - no wash cloths, insufficient towels for all guests, no robe hooks; bed - lack of varied sleeping pillows, the only ones provided were oversized "boulders" that caused several guests discomfort and lost sleep. I raised some of these issues with the host, for example, with the lack of garbage bags. His response was that I could go into his locker outside the property to procure them. He lives around the corner, but it was evidently too much trouble to provide extra at the beginning or to drop some off himself. And we never did see any wash cloths. My friends and I have stayed at a multitude of vacation rentals over the years. This one stands out for the numerous uncomfortable issues that we encountered, preventing our full enjoyment of the property. We won't be back.

We were looking to getaway for a few short days and wanted to enjoy a dog friendly stay. This property was ideal, clean, wonderful yard and peaceful setting for playing and naps in the afternoon with the pups. The linens and furniture were hotel quality and modern decor. I highly recommend this stay.

So happy I found this place. It was perfect for a short little getaway. We walked to the beach, then came back and lounged around the hot tub. Super clean and lovely space, with a short drive to downtown. Easton was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will be back soon!
