Beautiful home that fit our family so well. 10 adults and 14 kids (3-17). So spacious, well stocked, beautiful views, conveniently located! Love the Branson area! So much to do! Couldn't ask for more! We had an amazing time celebrating our parents 50th anniversary! We will be back!

It was a very cold weekend and stormy which caused some wind damage to the roof but the property manger was quick to respond for issues. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need to cook with and the double oven was amazing! Love all the bathrooms on all the floors. The small kitchenette on the basement floor was a nice addition. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The views from the balconies were great!! Lots of hot water for everyone and the temperature of the house stayed warm even though it was in the negatives for some of the weekend.

Overall experience achieved and even exceeded my expectations. House layout was perfect for my group of 4 families with 10 nieces and nephews ranging from 18 to 18 months. 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds was perfect for the teenagers to share. Bunk rooms were a hit with my youngers. Third floor bedrooms ideal for the 3 yo and 18 month old to have a bed in their parents room and going to bed earlier away from the noise. Having a door to the downstairs level was great to keep the noise from the downstairs game room downstairs and the late sleepers were not disturbed by those early risers from the 3rd floor. Great common space on the 2nd level with a dining room table seating for 12 plus the countertop stools. Having a decorated Christmas tree was a bonus. Adequate parking spaces across from the house for all my guests. Location of the home is excellent, being close to Silver Dollar City. Furthermore, it's a short walk to the indoor pool which was a welcomed attraction being that it was December. Adam and his team are second to none. We had a local contact the entire time, and Meredith addressed issues and communicated as needed. We loved it so much I added an extra night since the house wasn't rented.

Set up well for our muliple family groups. Loved having a bathroom for each room! Lot of plates, glasses, bowls, silverware and everything needed to cook there. Lots of games. Overlooks the woods instead of other houses. The pool was great!

Beautiful spacious home. Nicely decorated. Clean. Everything we needed. Boy do I wish it was closer to us because the size and bedrooms were awesome for our 6 children and some of their kids and grandkids.truly enjoyed it, just the 7 hour drive to get their and home was long. Thanks

The check in process was very simple and Meredith and Adam communicated with us quickly with any questions. The house was beautiful and well stocked kitchen. The rooms were very spacious for our families with kiddos and pack n plays. It was so nice for all of us to have our own bathroom. It was conveniently located and easy drive into town to explore. Having multiple dishwashers, fridges, washer/dryers made our group of 20+ feel at home. The view from the pool was amazing and since it was open until 9pm we were able to get a swim in every evening. I will recommend this place to friends!

We are a group of family and friends who like to travel. We could not have been any more pleased with this beautiful house and area. The house was everything we wanted and more, Adam and his staff are awesome to work with, they keep you informed on every detail making sure you enjoy your trip. The location is perfect. Beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. Everything is within a short drive. The community grounds are very well kept up and the pools are great. Highly recommend booking with Adam

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for all 27 of us! We loved that there was a bathroom for every room and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor pool was smaller than it looks in pictures, but it ended up being fine. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful home everything was just as it was describe. I have been to Branson on many occasion this by far was the best place I have stayed. We choose to do our first family vacation with a group of about 25 and it accommodate everyone peacefully. Adam was a great host he responded back to me very quickly and I appreciate that. It is at a great location and the lake was not too far to walk too. I will definitely be staying here again and I will be recommending it to anyone who is planning to vacation in Branson. We come to Branson for the Tri-Lakes Shootout Basketball Camp. This place was perfect for a large group! The games, the pools and the outdoors were awesome and gave us a lot to do at the house! Our basketball guys loved it. Everything we needed was already at the house minus the food…haha! Will definitely look to stay here next year!

This property is amazing! The facilities are very well equipped! The access to the indoor and outdoor pools are within a half block walk. The house is so well appointed with plenty for all to do, even if it were to rain. We loved ever minute we spent there. So much so that we reserved it for next year. Thanks Adam!

Stayed here with eight friends for a golf outing. House was very clean and a lot of amenities. Was a great place to stay and would recommend it for any large group traveling to the area.

We could not have asked for a better spot. We are looking to book again for a marriage group weekend retreat.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Table Rock. We had a total of 14 family members of all ages. All our needs were met. There were plenty of entertainment items, comfy beds, ample space, a well stocked kitchen (even a good spice selection). Would love to book this VRBO again!

My father and I looked at home after home near Branson for our family to stay in the first of December. We wanted room for everybody, large enough for everybody to be comfortable and have a little privacy if they needed it, or just spread out and have a great time so that's what we were looking for. The pictures do not do this house Justice! The home is so beautiful, it is very well maintained and it is full of things to do with such neat stuff very close by to do! It by far exceeded our expectations, not only the house but the owner and Meredith the contact I had with check in.. the owner checked in as well as Meredith a couple different times to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going great. That really means a lot! And fun we had! There is no other place I would recommend to anybody else friends, family, anyone I meet. I live near another Lake in Missouri that is a very hot spot vacation area and I have a cleaning company that specializes in vacation rental properties. So, I was really expecting to find a lot of things that weren't up to par due to the nature of my business. I never go anywhere hoping to find things that aren't done or unclean, but most of the time I do see stuff that could use some attention and I was absolutely amazed with how well maintained this very large home was and I was ecstatic!! They really love what they do, and it shows! I wish I could give this home and the owner 10 Stars because they deserve more than just five stars! I'm hoping we will be able to stay there every year from now on.. it's a wonderful beautiful place

The house was great, all the nice things you could want. Plenty of entertainment. Very enjoyable, check in was a breeze. Lots of communication.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. We had 6 families staying in this home, our 13 children ranged from 15 years to 9 months old and this house had everything we needed and then some. Very close to all the fun things Branson has to offer but within walking distance to the lake! We spent so much time enjoying the beautiful views from the decks and hot tub while the kids enjoyed the pool area and all the games in the play rooms. Communication between my family and Adam & team was fantastic from start to finish.

Our family and friends had a great time staying at the condo. It's very spacey, well organized, high-class, fully equipped, and clean. And then so many extras (game room, oversize hot tub...). We can't ask for any better place. to stay. The host and the manager are amazing, very responsive, very considering. Thank you for providing such a great service!
