From the time we booked this property it was an absolute breeze communicating with the owner. He answered all of our questions within minutes and made everything as easy as possible for us. When we finally arrived at the property, we had immediately realized what a gem it was. Everything from the cleanliness to the decor blew us away. It felt like home. The smell was even amazing as you walked through the door. There were 4 adults and 3 children (3, 4 &10) in our group. It was the PERFECT fit for us. My family (2 adults and a 3 &4 year old) took the bedroom with the 2 queen beds, deep shower tub and access to the outdoor patio. It literally was everything we could of asked for and more. Massive amounts of space to put clothes, and a space at the top of the stairs to even store our stroller. The decor was beautiful as well. We loved that it had that feeling of home. Comfortable and spacious and filled with laughs. Each morning and throughout the day there were 2 roosters that visited our patio. My children named them Hei Hei and Chicken Rock, in which the owner told me he would honor their names and keep them. How sweet is that?! We made sure to leave the condo more stocked than they left it (and they left a lot). We were sure to leave dishwasher and laundry pods, clorox wipes, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, etc. I can't say enough about this place. We are planning a return in 2 summers. It would be hard for me to even think about staying anywhere else. It was the perfect amount of privacy and close to everything. We love this place so much! Please don't hesitate to book it!

Needed a place to stay for a 4 night trip to Maui for my sons wedding and Steve’s condo was perfect. Right on the Kaanapali golf course and a short walk to all the shops and resort amenities. This was perfect for our 7 guests as we had quick access to the wedding responsibilities in Lahaina and then the beach and resort right next to us for relaxation. Thanks for making so simple.

We had a great vacation and the property provided everything we were looking for - it is large enough for two families, it has a well-supplied kitchen and a great terrace. It is also in a walking distance from 2 shopping malls and the beach. Highly recommended!

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and quiet. Pictures of the unit was accurate. Location was great, easy walk to the beach and shops. A map of the local area would have been a bonus. Thank you.

Our stay at this property was excellent! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had a great lanai. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It was a great property for adults and kids. We grilled out at the pool one night, and our kids had a blast. In addition to staying in a welcoming property, we were steps away from The Whalers Village, grocery stores, and the Beach walking path. We were able to get up each morning and go for a beautiful walk or run along the coast. We were also very close to the charming town of Lahaina that made for a fun day trip. I would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

We were greeted by a bundle of treats on the dining table welcoming us and making us feel right at home! The information we received before our arrival prepared us well for what to expect of our experience inlay our home away from home—thank you! We enjoyed the large entertainment areas including two dining areas. The roomy kitchen allowed us to enjoy cooking fresh local foods. Well equipped kitchen with even dishes & cups for our toddler!! The two Master Bedrooms were roomy and each had a lanai to enjoy morning coffee. (A plumbing problem w a vanity drain was fixed promptly—thank you!) The condo location was great for beach play and snorkeling. Sports equipment rental also close by. We took stunningly beautiful walks in nearby Whalers Village. Lahaina is close by car. We also took a couple trips to up country to visit a goat farm and took the north coast Highway to see the amazing blow hole.

Overall, the place was pretty clean and was listed pretty accurately... we did have issues with one of the sink in the restroom draining a bit slow (this wasn't really bothering ). Although the listing says sleeps 8... I wouldn't say that so much because the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable. I would say this place sleeps at most 7.

Great condo with lots of amenities!! Host was easy to contact and allowed us to check out a few hours late so we didn’t have to drive around waiting for our flights. Checking in was easy with no problems. Looks exactly like the pictures. Furniture clean and in good shape. Beds comfortable! Lots of kitchen utensils and supplies. Loved the location so close to Whalers Village. Outdoor seating was so nice to relax and enjoy. The grill was spotless!! The bathrooms are a little dated but clean. (The ceiling fan and air vents could use a good scrub) Washer and dryer were newer and so great to keep up on laundry. Lots of beach equipment available. Would definitely stay here again!! Don’t hesitate to book this condo. Already trying to figure out when we can come back. :)

Great place to stay! Family of 7 and we cooked a lot at the home as everywhere to eat out is crazy busy. Little bit of walk to get to whalers village, not great for older individuals do uphill on golf course . You won't find parking anywhere in the village or nearby to get to the beach either. Unit has everything that you need even beach stuff for the kids. Overall great stay! The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you

We had a great stay in Maui at this condo. Very close to the beach. Had many kitchen items we were grateful for. Spacious- not crowded at all for a family of 7!

In fact, we paid a little bit more for this one compared to the one we stayed in last. I realized when we were almost to the unit that we didn't have any check-in information. They said they emailed the info but I never received it. I had to message/call a number and each code they gave me didn't work. After several tries, it finally worked. I have no idea what their typical process is, but for us, it was not convenient at all.The one thing that is notably different in this particular unit is what would typically be considered the Master bedroom (larger room and bathroom), actually has 2 queen beds. Which is great to sleep more people comfortably and is overall, probably a better use of space. The King bed is located in the room that is smaller and with a smaller bathroom. I'm not sure if there were air conditioning problems in the unit but the smaller bedroom was so hot. There were fans in the closet (which we definitely used!) but they were so noisy and kept us up a lot of the night.Pros:-Lots of dishes/utensils-Kitchen appliances were updated-Netflix account available for guests-Beach chairs and wagon are awesome to have available!Cons:-Not very well stocked with basics (ziploc sandwich bags, etc..) They had salt, but no pepper. -The vacuum had zero suction (requested another one but after no response for an entire day, texted again and they brought another one. It also had zero suction). With all the sand from the beach, it was super annoying not to have a good working vacuum to keep up with all the sand.-The entire unit needs a DEEP clean. Common touchpoints (closet doors, pantry doors) have buildup of dirt. Which in this pandemic world we live in, makes it even more gross when clearly they are not deep cleaning every time someone checks out.-The bathroom shower in the smaller bedroom has black mold in the grout. That's completely unacceptable. That same bathroom is in desperate need of being updated. -Only 5 beach towels. We were constantly doing laundryOverall, my review is that the price should be lowered to reflect the actual condition of the unit. Would have been 1 star rating but they let us check out 3 hours later which I appreciated.

From the moment we arrived we had to wait a half hour for a new key code and once inside the floors were sticky, the drapes didn’t open properly, there is no tv in the master bedroom as shown, you could forget about sleeping on the sofa bed, it was just one thing after another ending up with the air conditioning unit above the entrance dripping water.

We could walk to the beach or it was a short drive. Amazing location in Kaanapali and the condo was so much bigger than it looked! The lanai is wonderful and we loved our stay. They had everything we needed and we will definitely rent this property again! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! Mahalo

Quiet unit on edge of golf course.

Awesome condo in Lahaina. Very spacious. They installed a new washer while we were there and even washed our towels for us before it was installed. Would stay again!

Good space for 2 bed rooms, got what we need and free of charge our clothes washing due to the washer was down.

Great place with lots of space. Short drive to the beaches (less than 10mins). Would recommend!

We were a group of 9, 2 families! We had a great time, location was exactly what we thought. The condo was overall really good. However there was a constant musty smell in the unit.

This condo has everything you need! Our only regret is that the sun doesn’t come on the balcony at any time of the day because of the way it faces. Other than that it was great! It’s also not on the beach, so you do have to drive to get to it

Our family of six just returned from a fabulous vacation in Maui, where we stayed in a fantastic condo. Located just minutes from the iconic Whalers Village area, and right beside the 14th fairway of the Ka'anapali Royal golf course, the location really is perfect! It's easy to get back to the main road, beaches, restaurants, and downtown Lahaina. The condo itself is ground floor which is perfect to come and go, and an easy minute or two walk to the pool area. From the large lanai you have partial views of the ocean, and some of the hotels beside the beach. The nice big BBQ supplied was a great feature, and if you want there's BBQ's at the pool as well as tables. The condo is lovely, large and spacious. The two bedrooms (with 3 beds) and the two bathrooms worked out great for the six of us, as well as the large couch, love seat, and recliner. If you're inclined to have a family dinner at the condo there's a big table with lots of chairs to seat everyone together. There's also a nice big, new TV with lots of channels for you at the end of the day when you just want to put your feet up and relax. Fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and many utensils and dishes were all supplied as well. Loads of storage space in the kitchen as well as bedrooms and bathrooms. All in all the condo was perfect, location very nice, and Maui, amazing! Absolutely loved everything, hope to go back one day soon, and definitely stay in the same condo unit!! Thank you so much!! We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The condo is located within walking distance of the beach and Whaler’s village and the Private lanai faces the golf course. Our son loved playing on the grass and having space to run around. The unit was furnished with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy a day on the beach. A rare find in a VRBO is a comfy bed and we found just that in this unit! We’d recommend this unit to other travelers.

We recently returned from the best vacation we have ever taken as a family and that is saying something as up until now we have traveled lots and maintained that Disney land was the best vacation possible due to our love of Disney... but this vacation just stole the top spot from Micky and the gang. Of course Maui and the location is paradise but what really made our vacation perfect was the condo, its a totally different feel to vacationing and being in a hotel. A hotel is great but you feel confined and trapped wanting to escape as much as possible while staying at this condo you actually enjoy your time inside just as much as you do outside... and that's saying something when we are talking that outside is literal paradise. We were a group of 5 adults and one child and the condo was spacious and open allowing us lots of space to relax and chill, we weren't tripping over one another and had space to relax on our own if needed. The major highlight for us was that it is ground level meaning that we can just walk off the lanai straight out onto the golf course and down to the village in less than 10 minutes. It also meant that we spent lots of time sitting outside on the lanai and allowing our toddler to roam free on the grass in front of it (something you cant do in a hotel or non ground apartment). This was a huge selling point for us and really made a huge difference. The ability to do laundry using the state of the art brand new washer and dryer was amazing and meant that we could pack light and not have to worry when our beach towels got dirty during the day. The kitchen was fantastic, filled with new appliances. we stopped at Costco as soon as we landed and had many dinners and lunches at the condo to save money and make the entire trip more affordable. The inside dining area was great for inside meals and if you wanted to read a book or do a little work whilst away and the living area was wonderful, with 2 nice big couches (one of which is a sofa bed) were super comfy (actually the same couch we have at our home) and we spent many an evening on the couches watching Netflix and the tons of channels provided on the tv, there was no lack of shows!! The bedrooms and bathrooms (1 master with an en suite and a second bedroom with 2 separate beds and an en suite) were spacious and light and the beds were ultra comfy which meant we all got great nights sleeps and were ready for the days of adventures we had. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Fantastic property, so comfortable for our family of 6. Easy few minutes walk to Whaler’s Village & Kaanapali Beach. The kids loved the pool area. The condo is very well stocked with everything we needed plus lots of beach gear. Loved sitting on the covered deck in the afternoons. We are already planning to return trip next spring. So many restaurants & shops within walking distance. The condo felt roomy & kids were at home right away. Highly recommend this unit for families & anyone looking for a home away from home. Free trolley to & from the village was great for late dinners out. In suite laundry & 2 bathrooms also a huge plus.

Great place to stay with a great location in the complex. Close to the beach and lots of beach equipment to use as well. Rooms were very spacious and the lanai was wonderful and very private for being on the ground floor! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again some time soon!

Just a short, 8 minute walk from the beautiful beaches in Kaanapali, Whaler's village and restaurants. About a 6 minute drive, any time of day to Lahaina , nestled between two golf courses and a 15 minute drive from the world class Kapalua Bay courses. The unit is well stocked with linens and dishes although a few more wine glasses would've been nice. We shared the condo with another couple and having separate bathrooms was a huge plus. The parking lot is a little tight but can still accommodate a full-size SUV. We intended to use the pool with our toddler but never got around to it as the beach was so close. Jan was also very accommodating and flexible to the unique way in which we had to send payment. All in all, we had a wonderful time and we'd definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous unit in the Spring and it was perfect! We had a big group and were concerned there would not be enough space, or that it would not be child friendly. Quite the contrary! Each family got their own room, bathroom and outdoor space! It is also worth mentioning that it is really sound proof between rooms, which helped with sleeping kiddies. With 2 children under 2, we really loved that the space was so open and the carpets were plush and clean. In addition to having privacy, we had lovely communal places to eat both in the dining room and on the lanai (that comfortably fit both families of 4!) We enjoyed breakfast and a couple BBQs on the lanai as it was an was an amazing view had an outdoor space for the kiddies. The location was great with a free shuttle down to Whalers Village and any of the hotels along Kaanapali Beach. It is close enough that we enjoyed evening walks down for an evening treat and to watch the sunset. This rental really exceeded our expectation and had everything we would need. We felt safe, it was clean and comfortable. We had an incredible stay and cannot wait for the next visit!

A couple issues: no air conditioning, and the property could use a few touch ups and these were brought to owners attention. We had a wonderful time in Maui and having comfortable, safe accommodations that provided everything we needed to feel at home made for a wonderful family holiday. A short walk to beaches, restaurants and shopping was ideal. Mahalo!
