Very clean, Friendly staff, Great breakfast, Good Location

We really liked being slightly out of the crowds/busy-ness of Sorrento but were able to walk into town in around 20 minutes. A really cute villa and very clean. Roberta was easy to communicate with and Isabel who did the breakfast was so lovely. Would definitely recommend Villa Gabriella and will be back!

Our room it was quite light throughout the night as the curtin didn’t cover completely and the light came in from the terrace but not a big deal. We liked everything.

We all liked our beautiful and spacious bathroom and a good rooftop patio.

We stayed at the room called Reginella, which only have one window in the second room. It was hard to air out the rooms and got really stuffy at night.

Excellent place, staff are so lovely and friendly. Our room was huge with a large living space, and very clean. Only a 15 minute walk into the very centre of Sorrento.

The only thing was that our toiletries were not replaced daily and not a huge range of food at breakfast

Beautiful view of town, ocean and mountains with a private balcony. Very helpful staff, Roberta and Isabella were amazing! The buffet breakfast was great, good variety of food and drink options that were presented well. The room was very clean and facilities were great.

The property is so beautiful. The rooms are so clean and Roberta and Fabrizio and Isabella are lovely and made me feel welcomed. Located close to Sorrento if you like a walk but also can get a taxi or train.

Fabrizio was really nice and communicative - he let us check in early, gave us a discount on parking and even parked the car for us. The room was very clean and spacious and the shower was the best one we had on our trip. The roof terrace is also very nice with lovely view of the mountains.

A bit pricey. Sorrento around 30 minutes walk (easy walk, but less fun when the weather is cold). But overall it is a pretty good location and very nice place.

The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a delight every morning The building is extremely pretty and has a feeling of old-world luxury It's a quiet neighborhood but no more than a 10 minute walk from all the essentials and restaurants - it's also easy to walk into Sorrento proper in about 20-30mins Roberta the owner was extremely communicative and friendly and offered advice on a wide variety of things to do even after our stay ended. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was an absolute delight And the check in instruction videos were really clear and helpful!

First time it is a bit of a walk (10 - 15 minutes) from the train station. A bit of a hassle going to/from Sorrento as you need to either take the bus or the train and wait for them, or walk a mile or so which involves a rather busy road that feels dicey at night.

Fabrizio was such a brilliant host, messaging me on WhatsApp before we had even left England with a range of activities for us to do in Sorrento and along the coast as well as recommended restaurants and bars. We arrived at 1pm and the room was ready to move in which helped massively so we could go out and explore. Breakfast was lovely with great views from the terrace and the room and bathroom were impeccable. Fabrizio made us feel very welcome and we had a very positive overall experience with Villa Gabriella.

it’s not a con as such as we decided to book this location but we didn’t explore any of Sant Agnello, instead walking to Sorrento each day which takes around 25-30 mins. Best to avoid walking along the main road as it was super busy and pavements are very narrow, if you walk towards the ocean instead there are some amazing viewpoints which split the walk up very nicely.

Comfortable, clean room with a great bed and nice views. Breakfast terrace with Vesuvius views and delicious cappuccino from the Lavazza machine made for an enjoyable breakfast that was included. Mini-fridge stocked with drinks was a nice touch.. Very friendly, responsive staff!

A bit noisier than I'd expected, due to street noise from mopeds which could be resolved by closing the windows but also some interior noise from guests in the room next door returning at 2AM. Breakfast included excellent coffee but pastries looked to be grocery store quality.

Fabrizio reached out prior to my arrival with all the information that I could possibly need. He was there for my arrival and answered every question with "NO PROBLEM". My room was the BEST. A beautiful room with an amazing view. Breakfast was very good. I would not hesitate to tell my friends to stay at Villa Gabriella. THANK YOU!

Kind and generous staff, quick to respond, friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they added some elements to the breakfast to create a vegan option for me. Super clean and spacious room. Beautiful terrace and generally quiet location (it is very quiet at night but there is building nearby during the day, but closing the windows keeps the noise out). Quick to get to train and many restaurants around. Lovely villa, would recommend staying here!

The staff were very attentive and friendly. They shared lots of information about Sorrento and provided an ironing board when asked! The room had a beautiful view from the window, the breakfast was on a terrace and the location was about a 20 minute walk from the main square but had restaurants close by. Very clean and spacious room too.

There was nothing we didn't like, would be a 10/10 if it had a pool but there was a beach about a 10 minute walk away that you could pay for.

The rooms are new. Clean and spacious. The shower room is clean and adapted. There is a safe in the room. There is a nearby parking lot (5 minutes walk) that the accommodation organizes (for a reasonable fee). The nice and varied breakfast provides a good start to the morning. Isabel takes care of the breakfast and the cleaning of the rooms every morning. A big thank's to Fabrizio who waited for us until we arrived late at night and helped us with the arrangements.

The rooms are up stairs. There is no elevator. It is necessary to carry the luggage independently. In the evening of reception the manager Fabrizio helped us, but it was challenging.

The property was in a great location so you had a feel for Italian life but also really close to the centre of Sorrento
