The young lady at the front desk was very nice. The check in process was quick and easy! This was my second time staying.

Baseball kids staying there were out of control. Running around the hallways and making the lobby wet and slippery

It was packed for some big baseball event and i was charged 212 security deposit that has yet to come back to me and due to baseball event it was noisy and hard to get a chance to use the pool as we arent sociable people

Beautiful hotel in a great location to the baseball fields.

They went cheap with the insulation. I mean real cheap. I heard our neighbors talking, not yelling just talking. The doors are unnecessarily heavy, and they get slammed ALL DAY. This not only shakes the room, you can also hear it. In a hotel this new, I should not hear anyone or feel a hotel shake when a door is slammed. Thinking a tornado would level this hotel. The breakfast was expensive for cold food and gross eggs. That could have been 1000 times better.

Beautiful facility

We weren’t told upon check-in that you had to request room service. We were there for four day stay and only had amenities for one night.
