The bed was very comfortable (and I'm picky about that).

We arrived early but couldn't check in before 3:00.

The lobby area was really clean, smelled good, and the girl that checked us in was really nice.

We got to our room and noticed it hadn't been cleaned completely. Dirt or something on the desk counter, hair on the bathroom floor, hair in the tray, used hand soap on top of the new one, and the sink counter was a little dirty.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel mit allen drum und dran ! Es fehlt an nichts nur das Frühstück war sehr sehr einfach, besser garnicht anbieten? Außer Kaffee war nichts zu genießen! Personal könnte teilweise etwas freundlicher sein !

There was a problem with breakfast, so they drove us to a nearby hotel for breakfast.

The phones were broken when we called from the airport for the shuttle so we had to take an Uber.

The staff was amazing! I also enjoyed the amount of space I had in my room, it was huge! Loved that this room also came with kitchen facilities. I traveled alone but this would be ideal for a family.

My room was not very clean at all. The shower was now washed well prior to my visit. Also, I constantly found other people's hair all over the sheets. My hair is black, I kept pulling blonde hair out of the sheets. Also, I hated the bedding; there was no real comforter on the bed. Just a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and mattress pad/bed skirt.

The entire staff was rude. We asked for just a half hour extra check out and was told absolutely not. Housekeeper opened my door as I was dressing, five minutes before checkout. Room was dirty, shower was rusty and had hair in it.
