the bed was comfy

the caravan was very cold, gas fire didn’t always work and left a bad smell of gas throughout, drafty windows overall just was very cold and not ideal for my 11 week old and my 2 year old, also when we arrived we had to clean before we could start our holiday due to the sides having crumbs and the floor being dirty

Location was good a bit far from the beach though

The people in the next caravan were very noisy they had music on until 3am in the morning

The caravan was lovely, it was clean, the location was perfect. We had a lovely family holiday.

We liked how the staff treated us after a mishap we had. The caravan was clean and comfortable and spacious for us. We had a good time thank you.

I didn't like how when I phoned up we was sent to the wrong place and the member of staff on the phone was quite rude. But after arriving and speaking to a manager we was treated and helped amazingly.

From the minute we booked in the staff made us feel welcome and was happy to answer any questions which we asked, we had one problem with the van and the staff was very prompt, and within 10 minutes there was someone at the door to correct the issue. Caravan was clean and in great condition condition. I would definitely book again and give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
