Everything ok. My room was clean, warm and comfortable. A small table and chair wouldn't go amiss. House was in a quiet residential area.

House was 10+ minutes walk from station along an unlit muddy path. Advise to walk from town centre or best get a taxi if not driving.

This was the cheapest option for a self catering room and provided we with an en-suite bedroom and shared kitchen facilities in a shared house. The bedroom and en-suite were clean and adequate for my long weekend stay. The kitchen was a domestic kitchen with refridgerator and washing machine. I used the microwave for heating up ready-meals. Joe was very friendly and made we a mug of tea when I arrived after a difficult train journey and on the next day when I arrived back from my day's activities.

The kitchen needed a clean as several people in and out and didn't clear up after themselves. I washed up the cups and cutlery others had left on 3 occasions, bearing in mind that I had been out both days and not used the facilities, other than when I had my ready-meals. I ate out for breakfast and dinner. The sink and washing up bowl needed a good clean, that I was not able to do myself. On Sunday morning I got up at 7 to have a quiet leisurely start before I went out for the day, and at 7.30 I was assaulted by a cacophany of loud 'jungle music' coming from the large camper van parked outside my room. I think a young relative of Joe was staying there, I think Joe must have had a word for it stopped but too late as I was on my way out. I wish I had taken some photos.

Wasn’t happy that there is only one person running the place on there own especially being stuck out off the property till the person returns wasn’t happy over the matter atall and especially isn’t ideal for younger people If u especially expect a pleasant stay someone should be helping 24 hours a day if any emergency reasons and the main matter even if it is only a small property it should have staff all the time around still Also now being a person too not do anything wrong which is totally lier I couldn’t get in so bad too result in being in Wetherspoons in Retford and even the staff there was extremely sorry for me claiming my money back and recommend no one too listen too the owener as even I nearly had too have the police involved !!! This has never happened too me once till now Especially making a point towards me being anti LGBT friendly !!!

Felt like a home from home. Very clean. Joe was super helpful and friendly. All the facilities you'd want.

Bit of a drain smell in the en suite. Worried I'd annoyed someone that I'd put food in the cupboard marked for my room with food already in.

Clean and tidy room. Quiet. Everything i needed for my stay. Very handy for station.

A table in the room would have been handy.

Great location. Nice area. Joe was very friendly, accommodating and reasonable. It is a place I will love to lodge whenever I'm in the area.
