Nenhum, todas fotografias são falsas e enganosas
Não gostei de alojamento, abandonei o alojamento depois de 2 dias de estadias, alojamento não tem condições mínimas para alojar uma família, o alojamento deveria ser fechada para renovação. Eu paguei para 15 dias sem reembolso e só ficamos no alojamento durante 2 dias, por falta de condições fomos obrigados eu e a minha família (2 crianças menor de 8 anos) abandonar o alojamento e ir ficar num outro alojamento no centro de Lisboa,
Este alojamento não é confiável. Sem permissão do cliente, fizeram desconto de valor de 460€ no cartão do cliente e não quiseram reembolsar, graças a Deus o próprio Booking.com fez o reembolso dos valores descontado no meu cartão de crédito.
NB: Este alojamento não aconselhável para estadia, não oferece condições mínimas para um alojamento adequado, quartos com pintura que mancham a roupa, camas sem conforto, quartos sem sistema de ventilação, quartos a cheirar mofos, quartos de banho e wc sem condições para utilização. Etc
Booking.com deveria rever essa parceria com esse alojamento. Está a manchar a reputação do Booking.com. ( Booking.com deveria fazer uma vistoria de surpresa do alojamento )

Chambre de 4 lits mais trop trop chaud, pourtant que 3 dans la chambre.

Que no hubiese recepción hasta las once de la mañana, que hubiese que pagar hasta por las toallas, que las puertas fuesen tan estrechas, la escasez de limpieza y hacían mucho ruido por la noche.

Precisa ter mais conforto como tv, agua filtrada e toalha de banho e tbm mais claridade nos quartos são muito escuros e aquecedor é muito frio os quartos

Lugar sujo, cama ruim, a casa de banho estava muito suja e fedida, a água quente acabou e meu marido teve que tomar banho frio. A estação de metro mais próxima fica a 20 min a pé do local, tive que esperar 20 min para receber a chave no checkin porque não havia ninguém para receber (a pessoa estava no hostel mas mesmo ligando tive que esperar muito), no checkout tbm não havia ninguém na recepção e tive que deixar a chave no frigorífico.

We didn't like it
Location is far away from everything. It's old, quite dirty, So much noise, the walls are so thin you can hear everything. The door didn't close properly. The bed was old, soft and uncomfortable. There are no towels, nor gel or champoo.
We booked two rooms by mistake and on the same day we tried to cancel one but they didn't want to cancel it and charged two rooms. Don't expect any help from the property if you have something wrong or make a mistake.

The Walls are thick as paper. I could hear every word from the next room.

No soap and towel provided by them. Even for lockers you have to pay extra. Bunker beds height was too much low

Close to Subway
It was terrible. Someone took our backpacks from the room and blame on us. Dirty, mould, cold and very rude staff. No recommend. It was so bad experience!

The location is convenient. It's not too far from the airport and big mall (Colombo) with an amazing food court and huge supermarket. Hostel staff was friendly and helpful.
While the bathrooms were mostly clean, they were lacking hooks for your clothes forcing you to place your clothes on the closed toilet lid. The warm water is provided by 2 electric boilers and while I was able to enjoy a warm shower, when it was my wife's turn, the warm water was finished. We booked a private room which looked fine but it had 3 doors. 1 door was the entrance and 2 other doors were closed off and used as walls. One of them led to the backside of the refrigerator in the reception hall and because of this you could hear the fridge switching on and off and you could easily follow any conversations made in the reception. The other closed door was part of the wall between our room and the one next to us. Try to avoid getting room 7, especially if you are a light sleeper who wakes up easily.

the fact they had a microwave and fridge
I was beaten in middle of the night while sleeping think the place needs a full disinfection ! My bedroom door wouldn’t shut that’s not a comfortable feeling at all to know that anyone can just have access to the spot i’m resting . The pillows are terrible , and blankets are very thin . i felt like i was in a refugee camp .It was very cold they have no heaters and how can you provide a microwave and a fridge but no facilities to eat ? The bathrooms must get cleaned properly i could still feel and see the previous peoples dirt while st showering. 😵💫

The shower was dirty, when showering the water pulled out from the drain and all the rubbish down there was out, it was actually very disgusting time.
Also the house had a weird smell. It didn't have towels, we have to rent it, neither paper toliel when we arrived, we had to ask for it. The tv didn't work correctly and the air conditioner didnt warm up. Definetly will not stay there again.
