Second year in a row staying in this home. Always a good time.

The property is as described. The ocean views and access is easy. Plenty of room with lots of private baths in a quiet neighborhood.

Overall our vacation very nice. I have specifically addressed some of the issues concerning our stay. I am not sure that we would ever rent a home owned by a realty company again.

Beautiful porch views, nice breezes, and definitely hit up the tiki bar for some fun! Overall great trip and house!

My family and I wanted a get a way at the beach and this was better than our dreams. This property was perfect and was equipped for my one year old son (crib and baby gate). The layout of the property was perfect and spacious. I highly recommend this property for an amazing family weekend.

Reviewer Comments: Other than a few missing amenities -- a working dishwasher and at least one hairdryer (which I assume will be addressed), it was a great place for seven friends who needed five 'adult' rooms. Loved the location across from the beach and proximity to the wonderful Tiki Bar on the peer. I did find it a bit strange that you had to make your own bed.

Positives: great location with beautiful views and beach access just across the street (open in June, 2022). It was quiet and we had no issues with location. It was affordable for 6 bedrooms which we needed. It was comfortable and had enough seating and kitchen stuff. The deck was large with beautiful views. It had cute decor. Negatives: it wasn’t very clean. We found a baby toy in the middle of the floor and a pacifier on the couch so we know those weren’t swept. Our feet were black within minutes of walking on the floors. We ended up buying our own swiffer to clean it ourselves. The dishes all needed washed before we could use them too. Also, the mattress pads in the kids room beds (day bed and crib) were filthy and sand covered. I had to remove them. There was also someone else’s T-shirt hanging in that closet. There were 2 safety issues. The door to the top balcony and the one off the master bedroom wouldn’t lock. Our toddlers could then open the door by themselves and get out. The slats on the railing were horizontal which meant they could climb it. Luckily my boys listened when I explained they couldn’t go out by themselves but a more rambunctious toddler may be unsafe there. I put in a maintenance request and they came but couldn’t fix it. They gave us sticks to block the door but the toddlers just picked them up and moved them. The other safety issue is the top balcony gets extremely hot when the sun is on it. It burnt a few feet in our family. Rugs or even a warning sign would be good. Overall, I’d recommend it as it’s a great location and affordable for the space you get. It just needs to be cleaned better and some safety issues looked at.

The whole experience was easy. They let you know what to bring because there are no extra things like garbage bags at the house

Perfect location, luxurious accommodations, well-appointmented kitchen

Our extended family had a wonderful Easter holiday at fun Carolina Beach. The house had plenty of space for 12 of us, and we loved the open concept with spacious ocean view balconies. Fun decor and adequately equipped. We enjoyed our daily walks to the boardwalk and were happy to be at the quieter end of the beach. Gorgeous sunsets!

Enjoyed this house very much. Everything was clean and just as described. To Enjoy the beach you do have to walk down a few blocks, As stated in description. Only negative about location.

The amenities were very accommodating and we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. If I had one recommendation it would be to have the outside of the house pressure washed and the grounds area better maintained.

Very dog friendly property……We loved the close proximity to Freeman Park. No ice maker…but we didn’t think to ask….and no problem picking up ice at local grocery store. Beautifully decorated. There was ongoing construction on a neighboring property….but workman were courteous…and noise was not intrusive after 5:00 pm or early morning.

Nice place to Stay.

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach and our stay at this property couldn't have been better! The rooms were spacious and clean with views of the ocean. We loved sitting on the upper patio and listening to the waves. The dining table offered plenty of seating for our large family, which is nice! Overall, we were extremely pleased with the property and our stay!

Because we were late in booking, there weren't a lot of choices. We needed at least 6 BRs (which this house has). We also wanted close to the beach. The description on Airbnb (the owner has Bryant manage their Airbnb) is that there is "beach access across the street". This is NOT the case because the 2 closest accesses across the street are closed because "Beach Erosion in Progress" (signs at the entrance). There is a rock wall at the ocean for about 1/2 mile. Need to walk 7 blocks for any significant beach area.

Clean, comfortable beach house with great ocean views located in a friendly, not too crowded town.

Great house with plenty of room, and the most amazing porch that I've ever seen. Spacious kitchen and living area. Plenty of seating for everyone to be in the same room. Only down side was inconvenient beach access. Another bonus was the live music from the Tiki Bar/ North Pier which was just a short walk down the beach.

Had lots of nice bedrooms and baths. Did not like the rocks on the beach. The views of the beach were great. The deck was the highlight. We sat out side quite a bit
