We had our family of 4 and another family of 6 over our kids’ Easter break. Had a fabulous time! Was very clean, had plenty of kitchen accessories, had enough laundry & kitchen soaps for our entire week stay and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. They also provided sunscreen so we didn’t have to go get any right away. Pool was used every day, but needed 1 or 2 more pool towels for everyone. The beach is a close walk. If you head to the beach, bring chairs if you don’t want to pay for the ones on the beach. It was nice to have a pull out couch. Would maybe change the King room upstairs across from the bunks to a double bunk room to have even more room to fit 4-6 people in there. Overall, everything was great and would rent again, as it’s in a great location and close to many things. Oh, and if you’re looking for a good bakery, Thomas Donut and Snack Shop is the place to go - best we’ve ever had!

Great house, HUGE! clean, comfortable and full of little details that made our stay that much better. The pool was amazing and the location just a quick 6 minute walk to the beach. While we had a couple of issues (smoke detectors going off, ceiling fan falling off the ceiling) everything was repaired the same day I texted Rich about it! Highly recommend this place for your next Beach vacation.

Rich was a fantastic and the Most flexible host. Incredibly supportive to accommodate our 3 families. We were 13 and fit perfectly in this immaculate house. An added bonus is the backyard WOW! Private pool makes you feel like your on a resort with just your party. Short walk to the beach and an incredibly terrific stay! We will be back. Thanks again Rich!

House was perfect for all of us for our fishing trip! Great Location. Fit 11 of us perfectly. Enjoyed grilling out back. The host was phenomenal and very communicative. Would definitely stay there again.

This house could not be more perfect! End of a cul-de-sac location with allot of privacy on the east side with no house bordering that side, just wooded and peaceful. Nice location, quiet. Exquisitely decorated, comfortable furnishings, all of the appliances and utensils you need, nice pool that the owner heated for us since it was a little cool the first couple of days of Spring Break. It had a beautiful, total privacy fenced in back yard with tables, lounge chairs, private putting green, beautiful night time lighting, very comfortable! The owner was very nice and accommodating! I highly recommend this location for your next vacation! I can’t find the words to say enough of how pleased I was with this rental!

I rented the property to take my college age daughters and friends on Spring Break. Beautifully decorated home with great outdoor space including a heated pool. Very convenient location close to Pier Park with a 10 minute walk to the beach. Property manager was awesome and was always quick to respond. Great rental!

This property is a great location if you want privacy and laid back, but still a short drive or walk away from most activities. The beach is just a short walk down the street. The private pool was great for kids. Plenty of pool and beach toys and necessities. This is probably the cleanest rental property I have stayed in. The property owner was great and thought of all the little details to make this property seem like home for a week. Highly recommend if staying in this area.

This a really good place to stay at. We have no complaints. A couple of recommendations came up from the group…a TV should be in every room. The bathrooms could’ve been swept/cleaned a little better…someone’s hair was on the floor in the bathrooms upstairs. For those that smoke or would like to smoke a celebratory cigar, a designated area would be great. The pillows in the sitting chairs in the living room need to be upgraded, they have served their purpose. All of those things recommended wouldn’t stop us from recommending this place at all. Overall it contributed to a great stay in the area.

I am very picky about a property's cleanliness, location, and look. This property exceeded my expectations. The owner was fully accessible to answer my questions quickly. There was a wonderful gift basket for our family when we arrived. We even accidentally left my husband's shoes there. The owner found them for us and is sending them back. We will be back!

Great house! Close to beach! Pool is very nice. House is well equipped especially if you will be cooking or grilling. Coffee bar was an unexpected treat! AC works great. Internet service was good. Beds very comfortable, hard surfaces floor throughout 👍. Bathrooms were nice, clean, and spacious. House looked exactly like pictures on site.

Enjoyed the stay along with my family. The property was very spacious and we all felt like we had enough space and freedom. My toddler loves the outdoor pool and the easily accessible toys. Close distance to all beach accesses.

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at this home! It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool and backyard area was amazing! The pool was perfect and the putt putt area was a plus! It got my teenage boys off of video games to come outside and play. The beach was a simple 5 minute walk away and the grocery store was very close. Rich did an awesome job answering any questions I had about the home. His responses were immediate and my issue resolved quickly! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. My family and I have been coming to this area for many years and this house was one of the most memorable!

We had an absolute blast at this property and Rich was a phenomenal host - quick to respond and check in, and willing to order us a high chair for our little one! It was a very well decorated space with everything you could ever need, but Rich made it a place we would come back to year after year. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property and very comfortable for our family. Privacy at the end of the culdesac was a bonus. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The attention to detail was very much appreciated, such as the USB ports by the bed, plush blankets and the backyard built for entertainment. Thank you!

My husband and our 14 year old twins came to Panama City from Germany to visit family for my mother's 70th birthday celebration. We were seven people total with 3 young adults joining us as well as my mother. We could not have picked a better house for our stay! This home is exactly as advertised. It is decorated beautifully and makes you feel like you are in a fine, luxury home. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need, (which was very important for us as we had meals together every day) since it was not possible to eat in restaurants due to COVID. The living room is very inviting for around the couches conversations. Every room is well appointed with high quality mattresses, linens and pillows. The house came stocked with basic cleaning supplies, Paper Towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and a few kitchen items such as coffee, tea and cooking oils. It was very much appreciated that we did not have to buy all of these items for a week-long stay. The pool area is truly gorgeous and our only regret of this stay is that we could not spend more time outside by the pool. We were here in August and found it simply too hot in the middle of the day to be outdoors. The teenagers and young adults swam almost every evening however and really loved it. The house is a short walk to the beach and there are sidewalks and a cross path the whole way. There is a small market, (Carousel) very close by that has really great basics like milk, bread and eggs and of course the Publix Supermarket, (10 minutes away) is huge and has everything! We cannot say enough positive remarks about the homeowner who was so lovely, kind and extremely responsive before during and after our stay. He really went out of his way to make sure we were content and comfortable during our visit. I would recommend this house very highly to anyone coming to the Panama City area!! I know that my family and I would love to return for another visit in the future, (hopefully in the fall)!

My family and I had a great time spending our summer vacation at this property. My husband and kids enjoyed playing and swimming in the pool. The mini golf course was a plus. Great location! The house equipped with everything we wanted. We would love to stay there again.

This property is a stand out in PCB!! Such a gorgeous home and has everything that a family needs to enjoy time with one another. Such wonderful things to say about Rich as the host who was so responsive, thoughtful, and overall extremely helpful. The house is so beautifully decorated and extremely well kept. The back yard is Amazing and the kids loved hanging in the warm pool and playing on the putting green far more than the actual beach. You won’t be disappointed. Great family vacation at this beautiful home and was just as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The pool and outdoor area was great which the kids loved! It was a short walk to the beach. The property manager was very responsive to all of our needs and responded quickly when we had any questions. He even left fresh fruit and a big bag of snacks upon arrival including special treats for my kids! I would definitely recommend this property!!
