This is a beautiful property and the staff is so friendly. This unit is exactly as pictured. The view is simply stunning. There are two beautiful pools, a nice restaurant and easy access to everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are available daily with no hassle. The unit is very well stocked. You will be greeted by a very nice host and shown all the amenities. Don’t second guess your decision. Book this one! You won’t regret it. We had an amazing time.

This is a wonderful studio at the Royal West Indies Resort right on the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The beach is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The room was clean and the accommodations were amazing! The host answered any questions promptly and check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property.

Just returned from a perfect stay in the unit. It is very nicely updated and well maintained. It's clean, comfortable and stocked with all the necessities. The location speaks for itself, with perfect views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets.

This was so needed for our 15 year wedding anniversary. We unfortunately and tragically lost a parent prior to coming to Turks and Caicos. The owner of this property helped make our stay private as requested and also help our grievance. It’s was a trip with a lot of fun memories. The property has all kinds of water equipment. So fun paddle boarding everyday I could. Boat excursions are right next to the property, but don’t stay long just pick up and drop off. So east to walk to the Grace bay restaurants. We didn’t leave the area for 11 nights because you could be as remote or active as you wish. We loved it and will be back here in January! I hope it’s open :) thank you!

Our first trip to Turks and Caicos and we cant say enough good about it Royal West Indies Resort and Unit 123 is amazingly beautiful, quiet and relaxing Casey was awesome answering all of our questions and providing great recommendations for dining and activities We very much enjoyed the island and would highly recommend it.

Almost hate to add to the praises of this unit cause we want to book it over and over again. It has a killer view of Grace Bay beach from the balcony; clean as a whistle; all the essentials of a studio, plus a large enough fridge and a brand new w/d that has space age bells and whistles. Elaine does an easy peasy check in and mid stay clean and we couldn't ask for more. And...RWI is possibly the most beautiful botanical garden enhanced resort on the island. Can't wait for our next visit.

This was our first time staying here and it was amazing! The view of the ocean from your private deck is beautiful, you can hear the waves! The resort staff are very friendly and helpful. Pelican Bar on site has great food and drinks! Several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Thanks again! We will be back!

Amazing suite and property! The resort is quiet and quaint, just what we were looking for. The suite was clean and owners were super responsive to all of our questions before booking. Small issue when checking in with Elaine as she informed us the microwave was broken and a new one was on order, and the kitchenette faucet sink was not working properly and was being replaced. Small inconvenience, but both issues were remedied by a handyman within 48 hours. The resort staff were awesome, especially Ricky, Bert, and Orlando at the Pelican Bar, Enon at the beach hut. There is happy hour at the Pelican Bar every day from 5-7. We met a lot of great couples and condo owners, and the half-priced drinks (including full bottles of wine) is the best deal on the island. There is a boutique wine shop about 1/2 mile from resort. Owner is fantastic and can recommend various bottles under $20. The Graceway Gourmet grocery store is less than a mile walk and great to pick up prepared salads and subs. We loved having lunch on our suite balcony. Walkable restaurants for dinner that we went to included Aziza, Opus Wine Bar, and the Cocovan (fantastic fish tacos!) There are complimentary bikes on property (2-hour limit), but if you're under 5'1" (like me) the seats on the bikes don't adjust down far enough to be able to put your feet on the ground while seated on the bike, so for me they were unusable. Plenty of both beach and pool loungers always available. There's three rows of beach loungers, so if you wanted first row with unobstructed ocean views, it's best to reserve with a towel and personal item by 7am. Quiet pool in the afternoons is simply the best for naps or reading listening to the pool waterfall! Suite is equipped with just about everything you would need, including a Brita water filter in the fridge. Bottled water is available at the bar for $3 a bottle. Would suggest to the owners a yoga mat would be a great addition for morning yoga on the balcony :) Loved this suite and resort and would definitely return!

The condo has a great view and is comfortable. We enjoyed exploring some of the areas remote beaches which are gorgeous and indescribable! Some of the area restaurant’s are fabulous. The resort was nice and the staff were friendly and attentive.

This was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it! Every word of all of the 5 star reviews are true - fabulous location, glorious view, spacious accommodations, and awesome staff. We hope to stay there again next year - Thank you very much!

The new owners have nicely upgraded Suite 123 with state of the art fans. We tried to use the air conditioner, but I think I screwed something up. After that we didn’t use the air conditioner, but we didn’t really need it because the weather was great. Check in was easy and mid-week service was all we needed or wanted. Already booked for next January.

Should have been told about loudness of washer and that one of the sliding glass doors cannot be locked.

My wife and picked this unit primarily for where it is situated - right on the water. We were not disappointed. Not sure there is location better on Grace Bay for relaxing on the patio and enjoying the view and happenings on the beach. We were quite happy with the property, the staff, the food, and relaxing vibe. I would highly recommend.

Property was as described, perfectly manicured, beautiful room, and that VIEW! What a view! Russell was always responsive, and Elaine was great too. Actually locked ourselves out and she was there in 15 minutes. Thanks for a perfect anniversary trip.

This condo did not disappoint! The onsite host Elaine was very friendly and communicative and the place was VERY clean! The towels were SO soft and the view was beautiful. We sat on the patio often for sunrises and sunsets. The beach was easy to get to and we were able to enjoy the amenities of the resort even though we were technically not staying there. We also loved the little conveniences the host provided like: water floaties, fans in the room and patio, extra beach bags in the closet and even some books to read on the beach. This spot is not right on the tourist path so we drove to most places but it is only a couple of minutes from the touristy area. If it had been cooler out we probably would have walked. Our beach was very peaceful and the resort staff were incredibly friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The entire transaction to include check in and check out was easy. The property and grounds are in exquisite condition and would argue as good as any major resort in Grace Bay if not better. The room was well stocked and as described, simply the best view in the entire resort, possibly Grace Bay in it’s entirety. We were very satisfied and the unit served as a great homebase for our daily excursions. We had a great time and would recommend this unit to anyone seeking a great vacation in TCI. Thanks for the fantastic stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in the RWI condo. You could not beach the oceanfront views or the beach itself. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach everyday and enjoying breakfast on the patio. Thank you again!

My husband and I rented this property to celebrate our anniversary. Though we travel fairly often to the Caribbean (primarily to Grand Cayman), this was our first trip to TCI. It will not be our last. Grace Bay Beach speaks for itself - heavenly water on one of the best beaches in the world. This unit was the perfect place for us. The location simply cannot be beat - we walked the beach daily and I’m not sure there is another single room closer to the water than the units in this building. The unit itself is clean and perfectly appointed - we had everything we needed, and there were nice extras including floaties for the beach and a ninja blender. The resort has an awesome bar where we enjoyed drinks and lunch daily. Great service and very friendly staff everywhere across the resort. The overall vibe is very laid back - we found it so relaxing and enjoyable. We will absolutely be back and hope we can stay here again! Also thank you to our hosts for the beautiful bottle of rose they left for celebrating our anniversary. :) (Our favorite restaurants were Coco Bistro, Mango Reef, Indigo and Infiniti. The food is excellent everywhere!!! )

This was a mother-daughter vacation and our first out of the country together. She said, “I want to go somewhere different. Not the same place everyone goes.” You nailed it for us. I think every trip in the future we’ll be comparing this beach and this water and I can’t imagine anywhere will be as wonderful. Our one regret had nothing to do with the accommodations… we should have rented a car right away. Because it was really warm, walking to places was uncomfortable and taxi costs added up fast! Don’t forget about the bikes, though. They saved us with a trip to the grocery store. We had more freedom to explore more areas and restaurants when we rented a car part way through the trip. Our room was quiet and was closer to the beach than any other suite at RWI or other resorts. We loved listening to the waves on the balcony. Check-in was simple because the host was there waiting for us. Great food, clean and spacious suite, and beautiful surroundings. Thanks for helping me make some great memories with my daughter!

This was the most incredible trip I have been on in so long. The Turks and Caicos are some of the most beautiful islands I a have ever been too. We totally loved the resort and the size. We literally spent every day at the beach and soaked up the sunshine. We did rent a car and did a little exploring to Sapodilla Bay, the Mango Reef restaurant (which is magnificent) and a few other places such as Salt Cay and some shopping. I never say I want to come back anywhere as I love new adventures, but this May now become a yearly trip!!!!! The hospitality of the locals is second to none!!!!!! Our VRBO was spectacular with ocean front views. It was a studio but I am great at making dinner with only a microwave!! Including spaghetti!!!!! This unit was well appointed and you literally need to only show up with your swimsuit!!!!
