The caravan is in a great location.

tumblers are provided but a wine glass would also be nice. Not as clean as it has been in the past with rubbish left in the cupboard from the previous people.

Brilliant stay, definitely value for money, hope to return next year..

The caravan was cosy and clean and perfectly placed near amenities. Easy to find. Great food nearby and crazy golf. Nice clean bedding.

No drainer for the pots or kitchen bin just a basket with no rubbish bag in itin the living room. Had to go out to the fence to pick up a data signal to send email. Which wouldn't normally be a problem but the whole area seems to have bad signal and most shops operate cash only. Really should say that you need to bring your own cleaning products and cloths etc. I had to go buy lost of supplies for the week when I arrived. We managed but the twin room was very tight and better for children than 2 grown adults.

The resort is great for family's and close to attractions.

The fringe stunk the caravan out everytime opened door and wasn't cleaned well .

Reception very helpful but were not aware of our booking, so we were very fortunate to arrive earlier than expected as we would have ended up sleeping in the car

good location, good on site facilities, pool and club with great entertainment great for kids and adults and you get free facility pass to use pool and club , you would normally have to pay for this so it was a great perk about this booking , it was close to shops and restaurants and beach , I’ll be staying again it’s basic but great fun

could have done with a few home comforts , like cushions and things , but your only paying for a basic holiday home so you can’t complain really

The venue was absolutely amazing, great entertainment for kids and adults and only a short drive away to Skegness, for the price you pay it's definitely worth the money

The beds were a little uncomfy and hard so I was glad I took my own duvet, however they do supply enough duvets to pad out the mattress so this was a massive help and allowed me to have a great night's sleep

Caravan was very cold at night....and had very limited heating.... T

5 miles of skegness nice site plenty to do . Near skegness . Nice beach and nature reserve at Chapel Point good for walks.
