Clearly Alex fails on providing the right description from the sharing house. Holding the 50% policy charges for your entire stay in case you change your mind., It’s definitely a trap that only benefits him short term, as his business model is not sustainable. he is misleading potential guest intentionally for his own gain. Please read all his negative reviewers here before you booked, I could agreed with a lot of the stuff stated negatively here as this has happened to me. I am expecting an aggressive response from Alex, as he is used to do this with all his bad reviewers. Very sad lacking a total sense of professionalism as a business owner. Nevertheless, we agreed for me to stay only 7 days instead of 14 originally booked, as from the first night I sent my complaint to Alex. On the top of that, the place is super noisy in the evenings until really early hours of the morning. I was locked up in the sharing bathroom and I believed the other lady next door was too. When this was reported to Alex in the morning, he stated that another lady was locked in there for a couple hours until he arrived and she even had a panic attack. I replayed by saying, why wasn’t the locker changed in the first place after this event? Adding that this wasn’t that expensive or hard to do. He agreed with me, but the locker wasn’t changed during my stay. In that same first breakfast prepared by Alex, he shared with us why the tap from the bathroom sink was not working. Apparently the water supply deposit placed on the top roof area of the house, had a dead birth in the tank. The deposit top lead was broken and with the win sometimes was removed and left totally opened and that’s how the bird came in, blocking the water access. It seems clear that the lady staying next to me and sharing that bathroom with, never came back to stay, considering she had another 2 days paid and booked in the place.

Unprofessional and Unreliable Staff

All was perfect! The host was so kind and helpful always. Thank you Alex!

Great location, a local beach is just across the street. The place was clean and a kitchen open for use. Alex was friendly and gave us some tips about restaurants and trips nearby.

The host Alex overslept twice when we had actually ordered a breakfast. Airport transfer didn’t work out because the private transport that Alex offers is forbidden by the airport, so it was a bit stressful to get an official taxi at night when we arrived (50€ for a shared taxi).
