Very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Ideal location for visiting the area.

Really comfortable, well presented and well equipped. Everything has been thought of, even breakfast cereals. I traveled without a car, and found the half hour walk to Chichester up the towpath, but there is also a very regular bus service, and a shop right across the road for your needs. A lot of comments on WiFi, I had no problem with it.

The road is very busy during the day, so if your plan is to sit out and enjoy peace and quiet, not the place. But at night it causes no disturbance at all.

Lovely walk from train station along canel. Bus stop outside very close to pub for days and drinks. So peaceful had the best night sleep. We loved our stay beautiful wee gem. Hosts so helpful

Bottle of prosecco in the fridge on arrival was a lovely touch

Getting a taxi from here was difficult.

Perfectly located for easy access to walks along the canal. Cottage tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Being able to bbq added to our stay ..ideal during warmer weather. Hosts were lovely , made sure we had everything .

The basin in the bathroom is far too small, made our three night stay a little less comfortable. Wifi signal very weak - not much that the hosts can do as it’s definitely a general issue.

The private walled courtyard garden (with a barbecue) which would have been lovely to use if we had had better weather. It was great to be able to walk to the pub nearby and have some delicious pub food.

The road to Selsey is quite busy - but then most roads are!

Me and my partner had a amazing stay at littlebeads. It was in the perfect location. 10 mins from a lovely walk at the beach and only a few minutes drives from the city centre. The little touches were really nice and it felt lovely and cosy for a winter weekend away. We will definitely be back x

We loved everything about Littlebeads! It is the perfect getaway! Clare and Simon have thought of everything! There was milk, tea, coffee, orange juice and even Prosecco in the fridge! Also shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower room, which was spotless! The terrace area was gorgeous as well and totally private with the use of a barbecue if you fancy it. We could live in the apartment it really was so nice! 100% recommend and we will be back again if we visit the area. Thanks for such a lovely stay 🥰

We loved everything about Littlebeads. Great location close to everything we wanted to visit (the marina, beaches etc). Very friendly hosts, comfortable bed, lovely private garden area which got the afternoon sun, beautifully decorated accommodation. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you :)
